The way your own body walks,
Bones and muscles moving in quiet coordination,
Without force.
Everything here moves in its own rhythm.
Nothing strains,
Nothing rushes.
And yet,
Everything thrives.
Let that awareness sink into you.
You are part of this same intelligence.
This same harmony.
You don't need to force alignment.
You can relax into it.
Take a breath in,
Imagining the forest air filling your lungs.
Exhale slowly,
And feel the tension leaving your body like mist rising from the ground.
Whisper softly to yourself,
