This track explores the idea that what we call forgetting is often the very act of remembering in motion. By shifting language from “I forgot” to “I remembered,” we gently retrain the mind to trust its own awareness and responsiveness. This practice invites a softer relationship with memory where remembering is recognized as something already alive and unfolding within us.

Is it true that we forget things or is it more true that we remember them?

So for example,

If I'm leaving my hotel room and I forget my glasses,

Is it true that I forgot my glasses or is it more true that I'm remembering them because I'm remembering them to go back and get them?

So many times the things that we say repetitively to ourselves turns into something that's true.

So if we're always telling ourselves that we forget things,

That's going to happen a higher percentage of the time.

So from now on,

I'm telling myself I'm remembering everything instead of I'm forgetting things.

If you want,

Maybe you can do this too.
