You are a mirror, constantly reflecting and projecting onto the world around you. It’s crucial to take the time to become aware of yourself and recognize the role you play in shaping your environment. You are intricately woven into the fabric of life, connected through a delicate balance of cause and effect that exists within and between all things. This meditation offers you a moment to pause and become intentionally aware of yourself.

Have you ever thought of yourself like a mirror that you not only project but you also reflect?

I'd like for you to either find a mirror if you have that time but if not maybe close your eyes and envision yourself staring at yourself in the mirror projecting and reflecting.

I'd like you to think about what is it you see.

In this meditation I want to process you as a mirror what you're putting out there but also what is being reflected back to you and what you reflect back.

Projecting,

Reflecting.

So if you haven't already closed your eyes I want you to close your eyes now and get into a comfortable position and just breathe whether your breath is long and slow or if it's just your regular breath.

Just breathing and feeling.

I want you to think about what was something you have said or did that stands out to you that you got a reaction from someone else.

This isn't about judging,

It's observing.

It doesn't have to be negative and it doesn't have to be positive,

It just needs to be.

What is something you said or did that you got a reaction back?

Why did you say or do what you did is such an important thing to be intentionally aware of ourselves now even looking back.

Is it something you regret?

Is it something that you like that you did?

Does it put a smile on your face?

What is something you projected?

And now I want you to think about what was reflected back at you.

What was someone's reaction towards that thing?

It's such a powerful thing,

The cause and effect.

Projecting,

Reflecting.

I want you to think about you as a mirror.

Not judging yourself,

Just observing yourself and your actions,

Being more intentionally aware of yourself.

Because you have the power within you to affect someone else's life.

Imagine that.

It really is a power.

Now it's up for other people to take what you put out there that is on them.

We don't need to catch everything that is thrown at us.

But it's important that we start with ourselves and being aware of what we're putting out there.

And so I just want you to breathe again.

And I want you to think of yourself today and tomorrow and moving forward.

As a mirror,

Projecting and reflecting and thinking about all of the lives that you affect.

Projecting,

Reflecting.

Thank you.
