Welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

This is your moment to reconnect with your intention,

Your power,

And the version of you already growing and expanding.

Today,

We're going to practice future self-journaling.

So please have a way to journal handy as we enter into our time together.

This practice is inspired by Dr.

Nicole LaPera and helps us rewire old patterns and consciously shape our lives.

Instead of being run by habits or emotional loops,

We are choosing today to build new pathways and step into lasting transformation.

So I'll invite you to take a moment to get comfortable.

And when you're ready,

Gently closing down your eyes if that feels comfy for you.

And let's take three belly breaths together.

Inhale,

Belly rises.

Exhale,

Releasing tension.

Inhale,

Creating space in the belly.

Exhale,

Letting go.

One more full breath into the belly.

And a complete breath out.

So now I'll invite you to turn inward.

And imagining your future self,

The you who responds with awareness,

Who trusts themselves,

Who follows through on what matters.

See this version of you moving through their day.

And notice their energy,

Their choices,

How they meet challenge.

Now asking yourself,

What is one recurring pattern I'm shifting right now?

Name it gently without judgment.

And then,

How would my future self respond differently today?

Breathe that in.

Let it guide how you'll show up in one small way today.

As you're ready,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

And fluttering your eyes open to begin journaling.

I'll read you five prompts.

You can pause after each to write if needed.

Number one,

The pattern I'm currently shifting is blank.

Number two,

When this pattern shows up,

I usually feel blank.

And I usually do blank.

Number three,

Today I will show up as my future self by fill in the blank.

Number four,

One small action I can take today that aligns with who I'm becoming is blank.

Number five,

An affirmation my future self would speak to me right now is blank.

Give yourself more time to write now if you want or need it.

Feel free to pause now and come back when you're ready.

So let's take a final breath of gratitude together.

For showing up,

For doing this work,

For stepping into embodying your true self.

Until then,

Remember,

Every small choice today is a step into your true authentic self.

Today looks lovely.
