This gentle mindfulness meditation invites you to pause, reset, and reconnect with the present moment. We begin by grounding into the body - noticing sounds around us, sensations, and the simple rhythm of the breath. From here, you’re guided to observe your inner experience with openness and curiosity. Thoughts and emotions may arise - this is natural. Rather than pushing them away or holding onto them, you’ll learn to simply observe them… like clouds drifting across a vast, open sky. Through this practice, we begin to understand that we are not our thoughts - we are the awareness behind them.
