Hello my darlings.
Today we're going to walk through a visualization.
Going into the heart center,
Realizing the garden we have manifested and choosing what we wish to walk forward with.
Let's begin taking three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
First breath,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
On the second breath,
Ensure that you're really filling up your belly with this fresh air.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Once more,
In through the nose,
Really feeling yourself up and out through the mouth.
At this time,
Visualizing a clean,
Big,
Golden orb of light spiraling right above your crown,
Opening up your crown chakra.
And allowing this light to filter in,
Alchemizing,
Transmuting any thoughts as they pass by.
Acknowledging them,
Accepting these thoughts,
And holding space for yourself as we walk down into our throat,
Into our shoulders,
Down through our arms,
Carrying this light in through our fingertips,
Back up through our arms,
Swirling into our chest.
Imagining,
As this light enters our crown and filters all the way down to our feet,
That we are being filled with our light body.
Light is building up at our base and filtering in through the top,
Meeting at our heart center.
As you visualize this process,
Take another deep breath in through the nose,
Bringing that light up with you,
And out through the mouth.
Filtering this clean,
New,
Light-infused aura out around your space.
Bringing this light in one more time with a breath in through the nose,
And moving this clean energy around your body out through the mouth.
Feeling an expansion in your heart space as the light continues to fill your body,
Meeting directly into the heart.
Now set your intention with your heart space,
Imagining a door into the garden of life.
You may open this door to your heart,
Walking within this new landscape,
Imagining such greenery,
Such life.
What do you see in this space?
What animals or insects are coming to mind?
Walking further into the garden of life,
You're able to access a part of this garden that draws you closer.
You see this big,
Green,
Broad leaf.
It's really thin at the base and gets wider and wider as it grows to the top.
Throughout this leaf,
There's a complex,
Latent system that's pumping life.
What does this color green feel like to you?
Is it cold?
Is it warm from being touched or kissed by the sun?
Is there a memory attached to this green space,
This leaf that you're holding?
Is there any life living upon this leaf?
Was there anything that was there before?
Maybe there's a little hole nibbled in the leaf.
Can you touch upon a memory in which you were in a green space,
Holding a green leaf in your hand and talking to nature?
Does it remind you of a specific time of day?
When do we see greenery?
What season is it?
As we thank this leaf,
Place it down,
We feel the pull to move forward,
Deeper into our heart space,
Inspecting the smells in the air,
The sound our feet are making upon each step.
We have reached a tree.
As we stand eye level to the base of this tree,
You place your hand on the trunk.
What does it feel like?
What does it look like?
How wide is it?
You feel pulled to look up,
Seeing now that the tree towers above you with such a loving embrace,
Noticing all the different branches that extend at the top of the tree.
Are there leaves?
Are there cherry blossoms?
Is it springtime and full of rebirth?
Or is it winter?
Time for introspection and hibernation.
What is your tree of life?
What does your family tree look like?
Do you have a lot of extended branches,
Friends and family that take part on your journey?
Or are you more in solitude,
In hibernation,
In a rebirth of these different divine connections?
Noticing now the life that lives within this tree.
What animals do you see?
Do you see any insects?
Perhaps a spider?
Any traces of animals that were once here?
Depending on the type of tree,
Maybe we can relate that to a specific animal or bird.
What life does this tree offer?
Its environment?
Shade for rest and cooling off?
Apples?
Maybe acorns?
We are part of a complex,
Interconnected system of reciprocity,
Of abundance,
Of consciousness that gives and receives equally at all time.
Allowing access to this feeling now.
Noticing a small plant at the base of the tree.
This plant has about five different extended,
Fluffy,
Pointy stems drawing down from the top.
As you get closer to this plant,
You touch it,
Realizing that it's pricked you.
And while you may feel a sense of pain or fear stepping in to this unknown beauty,
You're able to accept this moment,
Accessing a time where you felt afraid or hurt.
Being able to hold this remembrance in a space of self love and acceptance.
Knowing that you provide a place where you can access memories to extract the wisdom to move forward within your life with ease.
For you do not have to relive the pain.
You may use what you gained and move forward with a knowing,
With a bold sense of intuition.
As you thank this moment and this beautiful flower that has brought you such wisdom and insight,
You look back to the tree bark and you notice movement.
You notice bold colors that you had never seen before.
You bring your gaze closer and you see warm,
Bright orange and yellow.
You notice these are butterfly wings.
And as they open,
You see these bold,
Bright orange colors of courage.
And as they close,
They mimic the trees bark,
Almost as if the butterfly is moving in and out of these two states of safety and camouflage into boldness and brightness ready to fly off into the unknown.
Giving you access to your true colors,
Your true boldness,
Your truth.
Remembering now a time where you were courageous,
Where you walked with fear in flight and paved the way.
Taking another deep breath in and out,
Maintaining a connection in your power,
In your courage,
Using a remembrance to your past to extract wisdom into each and every present moment.
You may now come back to my voice,
Feeling the sensations of your expanded state and walking into this day,
Embodying your highest self and truest essence so that you will be met with your deepest desires and your truest needs.
Namaste.
