Relax the bottoms of your feet,

All ten toes,

Ankles,

Heels,

Relax.

Let go of your calf muscles,

Your shin bones,

The skin on the backs of your knees.

Relax.

Relax your thighs,

Your inner thighs,

Pelvic floor,

Outer hip muscles,

Glute muscles,

And the very tip of your tailbone.

Let it go.

Bring your 100% awareness into the space six inches above your fingertips.

Relax your fingers,

Your hands,

Your wrists,

Forearms,

Elbows,

Upper arms and shoulders.

Relax.

Let your collarbones melt wide apart from each other and release the pit of your throat,

Expanding and widening in all directions.

Let go of your breastbone,

Your sternum.

Follow your diaphragm along the outsides of your ribs to the place where it meets your spine on your back.

Relax.

Let go of both lungs.

Any grief or heaviness they might be carrying,

Release in a puff of shadowy smoke.

Relax.

Release the lining around your heart and the second lining around your heart.

Let go of the center of your heart.

Relax.

Melt the back of your heart open through the space between your shoulder blades.

Relax the inside of your throat,

Your jaw,

Your back bottom teeth,

Inner ear.

Relax.

Let go of your scalp,

The very center of your forehead,

Eyebrows,

Eyeballs,

Eye sockets,

Corners of your eyes and the very tip of your nose.

Relax.

Release the lining around your brain,

Center of your brain.

Relax.

Whole body heavy,

Heavy,

Heavy,

Heavy,

Heavy into the earth,

Dead like.

In this space of receptive awareness,

You are the closest to your truest self.

It is your birthright and it is here always.

Namaste.
