Welcome to your Divine Feminine Day One Meditation.
Come into a comfortable seat.
You can choose to lie down if that's available to you.
Take a moment to get comfortable.
Settle in and close your eyes.
Begin to imagine roots extending out of the soles of your feet,
Your sitz bones,
Any place that is in contact with the surface that you're sitting or lying on.
Imagine these roots coming out of you and extending down into the earth.
Feeling yourself held.
Feeling yourself deeply connected with the surface beneath you.
The Divine Feminine is a warrior and a healer.
Imagine yourself embodying this warrior,
Healer archetype.
Within your right hand,
You hold a shield to protect you during times of war.
And in your left hand,
A wand to cast love and light on everything in your path.
You move with ease and quickness,
Sure-footed and grounded.
You're able to step easily over obstacles and maneuver with grace and a sense of lightness beneath your feet.
You are guided by a deep sense of inner knowing,
Not questioning the journey ahead.
Guided with a sense of self-awareness and assurance that the universe literally has your back.
As you begin your journey through the landscape,
You move and encounter obstacles quickly.
You're able to notice them,
But they don't get in your way.
They don't affect you along your journey.
As you venture through this landscape of your mind,
This inner landscape of the self,
You find a spiral,
A place that leads down.
And as I count backwards from 10 to 1,
You will make your way through,
Around,
Down the spiral.

1.
Reaching the center of the spiral,
There's a light mist covering the ground before you.
You make your way through the mist to a large tree.
This tree has roots growing deep into the earth and its branches reach high into the sky above.
You look up and realize it is impossible to see the top of the tree.
You walk around examining this magnificent work of nature.
As you examine the tree,
You find an entrance in the trunk and you make your way inside.
Walking into the trunk of this magnificent tree,
You find a staircase that leads down.
You begin your journey down,
Down,
Down,
Down into the earth.
You know that you are descending into this divine portal of nature.
As you descend,
The air becomes cooler.
There's the scent of dirt and the coolness on your skin.
You continue down until you reach a landing at the bottom.
And once you arrive here,
There is a door.
You make your way through the door and discover that you are in the center of an ancient forest.
Here,
The trees have been untouched by the world as you know it.
Begin walking through the forest and seeing all that you see.
Seeing the magnitude of a world untouched.
You find a spot to sit or lie down.
You begin walking towards this spot and as you do,
You notice someone else is waiting there for you.
As you grow closer and closer to them,
They seem familiar.
When you finally arrive face to face,
You realize that you are meeting with your own soul.
That deep ancient part that resides within is here now greeting you.
Your soul motions for you to sit or lie down and you do.
They meet you where you are.
As you spend time with this ancient part of yourself,
Listen,
Feel,
Experience.
Simply be.
Be in this moment in this ancient forest with this ancient wise part of you.
Experience how it feels to be fully present with this part of you that has been with you through so many lifetimes and experiences.
You take a moment and you ask your soul what it is that you need to know.
What do I need to let go of?
Is there a door in my life,
In my field,
Within myself that needs to be closed?
What message do you have for me today?
When you feel complete,
You take a moment to thank your soul for coming,
For showing up for you,
For spending time with you in this way.
You say your farewells.
You begin to make your way out of this ancient forest.
You find the tree,
Make your way back up the trunk of the tree.
Making your way back to yourself,
Back to your body in this timeline,
In this dimension.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Inviting yourself back.
Taking time to journal any messages that you've received.
