Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Eva Payne,

And today we are focusing on resilience.

I invite you to get comfortable,

Take a few deep breaths in,

Really grounding yourself into this present moment,

Connecting back to your breath.

Your breath is the anchor to all things.

Beautiful breath.

Excellent job.

I invite you to create a safe space.

In your mind,

Take yourself to a place where you feel safe.

This place can be anywhere,

Can look like anything.

I would invite you to create a space that feels warm,

Gentle,

Kind,

Open,

Loving,

Forgiving,

Pure,

And you are there.

This space is a soft place to land,

There is no judgment,

It is all love.

This space knows,

It knows how challenging being a human,

Being you can be.

It knows moving through life every day,

Constantly making decisions and choices is not easy.

There's no judgment in this space.

It looks at you in awe and wonder that every day you choose to wake up into this world and to live and to create.

Deep breath.

What does it feel like to be in a space that has no judgment of you?

That understands infinite choices had to happen on infinite timelines for you to be right here right now.

I invite you wherever you are.

If you're not already in your mind's eye laying down in this beautiful safe space,

I invite you to lay down,

Relax.

And as you look up to the sky,

You notice a scene begins to form.

And this scene,

This event was a time in your life where you faced a challenge that you overcame.

No judgment around whatever scene comes up big or small.

Take a deep breath.

And as you exhale that breath,

Allow your breath to merge with the sky to fully bring to life this time in your life.

And you as the observer laying down,

Looking up,

Simply watch as you move through this time in your life,

This time when you faced a challenge and you got through it.

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Who was involved?

How did it make you feel?

Observing how perhaps it made other people feel.

Making new assumptions of how they feel,

Just observing.

How did you resolve this challenge in your life?

Did you have support from others,

From modalities,

From a mindset?

How did you move through this challenge?

Around ways to regulate,

To move through something that feels hard.

Should a situation like this or something similar ever come up again?

How would you move through it?

Would you make the same choices?

What would be the most loving next step?

Imagine the best outcome.

And what's it going to take?

What choice,

What step do you need to take?

So that if something like this were to ever come up again,

Deep breath.

Finishing the sentence in your mind,

I am resilient and I know this because I am grateful for it.

Letting it just fall away.

Two more deep breath.

And letting it just fall.

One more deep breath.

And letting it fall.

Thank you.

You got this,

My friend.

You got this.

I believe in you.

I know.

Everything's going to be okay.

Together,

We flow.
