In this gentle meditation, you are invited to deeply connect with your body and emotions, and to feel your inner strength. Explore any tensions or discomforts in your body and allow them to surface without judgment. Simply being present creates space. Your body gives you beautiful messages, even in difficult feelings. This is where your gold lies, this is your 'guidance system' from your Higher Self. The feeling is the connection between your human self and your Higher Consciousness. Give yourself the time for this meditation, feel the relaxation, and also receive the Wisdom of your Higher Consciousness. The music is from Frits Evelein.

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.

And again.

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth.

And as you exhale,

Just let go of all the tension in your body,

Let go of the tension in your face,

In your eyes,

Soft in your eyes,

Soft in your gaze.

Let go of the tension in your neck and shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your back.

Just sink into your body.

And again.

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Just relax the muscles in your eyes and your face some more,

Soft in your eyes.

And then just activate that inner smile.

While you keep relaxing your face,

You just put a smile on the inside of your head.

And feel how the stillness is activated within your mind.

Then take this stillness down through your throat,

Into your chest,

Into your heart area.

And there,

Think of someone or something you love and feel how your heart is opening up.

And again.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Take this feeling down into your belly.

And breathe deeply into your belly.

Now you've awakened your gentle power within your body.

Sink inward.

And while you keep breathing at your own pace in your belly,

Just notice what do you feel right now in your body.

Is there something you feel within your body?

Perhaps there's already a spot that's asking for your attention.

Or maybe there isn't.

There's no right or wrong.

Maybe you feel that you have this tension in your neck,

Or in your shoulders,

Or in your legs,

Or your arms or hands.

And if you don't feel anything now,

Just ask yourself,

What needs my attention right now?

And trust that whatever first catches your attention,

Is the thing that needs the attention.

Let your mind step aside for a moment.

It might tell you all sorts of things and make you doubt,

But just let it go.

What you feel is always correct.

Trust yourself.

Where do you feel the tension?

Where do you feel tightness?

Where do you sense that something is needed?

And then bring your gentle power to that spot and simply be present.

You don't need to change anything.

Just acknowledge that you feel this way.

Your acknowledgement is already wonderful.

And then ask yourself,

Is it okay for me to feel this way?

And see how your body responds.

You might,

Like me,

Get a sigh,

Or a cough,

Or just a sense of,

Okay,

Yes,

Of course,

It's okay to feel this way.

And then just stay with it.

With your attention,

With your presence,

With your feeling.

It's safe.

And as you focus on it,

Greet it in your own way.

For example,

Say in your mind to that feeling and that spot,

Welcome,

I feel you.

Take your time to get to know this feeling better.

Be curious.

There's nothing wrong.

It is safe.

There's only wisdom to discover.

So with curiosity,

What could you learn?

This feeling,

This spot is here to tell you something.

Be open,

Be curious.

There's gold to discover here.

Be still and let whatever comes,

Come.

An insight,

A feeling,

A shift in energy,

A color,

A word,

Or simply nothing.

It's all okay.

Just observe it.

Give it time.

Give your feeling time to reveal itself a bit more.

To show more of what's behind this feeling,

The message it carries within.

Perhaps a word comes or an emotion.

Breathe into it gently and let it be.

Nothing needs to go away or change.

Your attention,

Your awareness,

Your presence is enough.

Then ask,

Can you maybe tell me what makes you so afraid or angry or sad?

Whatever it is.

Can you maybe tell me what makes you feel the way you feel?

Nothing is okay.

If you feel any relaxation that's already good,

You felt,

You've seen,

You've listened.

It is as if this spot,

This emotion,

Your body is saying now,

Thank you for listening to me.

And just stay with it a little longer.

Just feel it.

Let it be for a while.

Your subconscious is working on many things right now.

Insights may come later.

Just pay attention.

They will likely trickle in over the coming days.

There's no rush.

Change always comes in small steps,

In small pieces of insight,

In gradually feeling better.

And maybe another feeling comes up right now somewhere else in your body.

You can repeat the process.

Thanking it for showing up,

Inviting it with your gentle power to share its message with you.

So you can continue or you can stop now and continue at any other time.

Often these feelings are linked to old memories,

Old experiences,

Old belief systems.

In short,

Blocks.

Places where the energy is stuck,

Frozen.

And an insight is nice,

But it doesn't have to be there.

We don't need to solve the problem with our mind.

Simply acknowledging the message,

Truly listening to it with curiosity,

Is all that is needed.

This is where the movement of the energy already begins.

So just stay with the feeling,

But close up your session and then thank the feeling.

Close your contact carefully.

Just think of this.

In a friendship with anyone else,

You wouldn't run away.

So you may carefully and respectfully be in contact and say goodbye.

Your body deserves this.

You deserve this.

So say to this spot and to your body,

Thank you for this contact.

I will come back to you.

You can do this anytime.

Whenever you feel an uncomfortable feeling,

Take the time to be in touch and talk,

Connect.

It is so beautiful what arises when you do.
