I invite you to start to get comfortable,

Maybe lying down with your legs long and your arms down by your side or in a comfy seat with a long spine.

If you're lying down allow your feet to flop open from your ankles,

Your palms facing up,

Fingers curled in ever so slightly and start to become aware of the physical body.

Notice if you're holding any tension,

Any sticky bits,

And start to send your breath there.

You start to soften the front body,

Find a heaviness through your back body,

Almost as if you're sinking into the earth below you.

Start to find openness through your heart space,

Starting to let a little bit of love in and then focusing on the breath.

Allow it to be really slow and steady,

Just like the waves on the beach.

As you breathe in the wave comes in,

You fill up your belly with air,

Full expansion,

And as you breathe out that belly contracts and you start to sink deeper,

Inhaling through the nose,

Full belly,

Exhale through the nose,

Find that empty space.

Big breath in,

Belly expansion,

Long slow breath out,

And then again big inhale,

And just pause at the top of that breath.

Notice the space you're creating,

Really slowly let this breath out,

As slowly as you can,

Even slower exhale,

Beautiful,

Really turning on that parasympathetic nervous system,

Breathing in,

Pause at the top,

And slow breath out to release,

Like a wave,

Inhale,

We pause,

Exhale to release,

And just continue in this beautiful,

Flowy,

Water-like breath,

And you imagine yourself lying on the sand,

The sun on your face,

The warmth on your skin,

Beautiful clear blue skies,

No one on that beach except for you.

You can feel the sand through your feet,

Digging your toes into that sand,

Noticing every single sensation,

And your energy like waves,

Starting to soar through the body,

Noticing your prana,

The beautiful space where nothing else matters,

Where you feel still,

At ease,

Maybe you notice a bird flying overhead,

This gorgeous sound,

Birds are so free,

Free from worries and troubles,

Free to do whatever their hearts desire,

And just pulling on that feeling,

Noticing in your heart what it is that you need,

What it is that your heart calls for,

And you sit with that just for a moment,

If you could do anything in the whole world where money just wasn't an object,

What would that one thing be?

Imagine yourself doing just that right here,

Right now,

Can you picture it?

Picture who you see on a day-to-day basis,

Picture the clothes you wear,

And then picture that feeling,

Draw that feeling right in,

You let that feeling sink into your heart space,

Notice the change in your body,

That extra calmness,

That clarity that comes with doing what you love,

And just pause into that feeling,

See happiness is a feeling,

It's that feeling of here and now,

You can't feel happiness in the past,

You can't feel happiness in the future,

You can remember,

We know all those memories,

But the feeling of happiness can only be felt in the present moment,

So allow that feeling to envelope you,

The beauty,

The peace,

The excitement that that brings,

Allow it to sink and wash over you just like that wave in the beach,

And sit with that,

Draw that feeling in,

Notice,

And just take a few more breathing in through the nose,

Out through the nose,

Come back to that beach,

The warmth on your skin,

The sun on your face,

And take that feeling of happiness with you as you start to wriggle through your fingers,

Through your toes,

And start to bring yourself back,

Knowing that any time you need,

You can draw on this feeling of happiness,

Namaste
