An 8-hour sleep meditation for waking in the quiet hours of the night, when thoughts feel louder and rest feels far away. If you wake with racing thoughts, unease, or fears that intensify in the dark, this meditation becomes a gentle, steady presence beside you... guiding the body back toward safety and rest. Slow breathing, soothing imagery, and calm reassurance soften the nervous system so sleep can return naturally. Designed to play through the night as a continuous container of calm. This meditation is for those who wish to: • return to sleep after waking in the night • soothe anxiety or racing thoughts • feel safe during nighttime fear • quiet an overactive mind There is nothing to solve here. Only breathing… softening… and allowing sleep to welcome you back. If this meditation supported you, you’re welcome to offer a donation in appreciation. Your support helps me continue creating gentle spaces like this. Music: Drifting Off - Hanna Lindgren (Epidemic Sounds)

Welcome beautiful one.

If you're listening now you may have woken in the quiet hours of the night perhaps from a dream or with thoughts moving quickly through your mind.

In the quiet of the night the mind can make things feel more urgent,

More intense than they truly are.

These moments are more common than we realize.

Patience to slow down.

Right now you are safe,

You are held,

Return to rest.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Breathe in through your nose as if your body is sighing itself into calm.

Again breathe in cool and spacious.

Breathe in through the nose slowly,

Effortlessly.

Feel your jaw relaxing,

Your shoulders melting down.

Your body supported by the bed beneath you.

You don't need to solve anything in this moment.

This time is simply for settling and returning to the peaceful space within.

Pale lavender light.

Slowly this light touches the crown of your head.

Feel it ease through your mind as your thoughts loosen their grip.

The light flows across your forehead,

Smoothing the space between your brows.

Your eyes relax,

Your cheeks soften,

Your jaw loosens.

This lavender light drifts into your throat,

Cool and soothing.

Your breath becomes slower.

This lavender light spreads across your chest.

Feel your heart space open,

As though it were resting in a warm embrace.

The light moves down into your belly,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees.

Flowing slowly into your calves.

Your entire body is now bathed in this pale lavender glow.

If thoughts arise,

You can simply notice them and return to the feeling of your breath.

The light comforting your body.

Let these next words settle softly in your mind and body.

It is natural for the mind to awaken in the night.

Everything feels more intense in these quiet hours.

And everything shifts again with rest.

Your body knows how to sleep.

You are safe in this space.

You are supported by the night.

With each breath out,

Feel your body easing into the surface beneath you.

Supported.

The pale lavender light slowly dimming,

As my voice begins to fade.

You can simply remain here.

There is nothing you need to do.

This quiet.

This gentle.

Welcomes you softly now.
