Certified in Mindfulness Meditation teaching, she trained under world-renowned teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She also trained as a Mindfulness Mentor. Her personal journey with Mindfulness has been transformative, inspiring her to share the practice with others. Her teaching approach focuses on creating an inclusive and supportive environment, guiding students towards deeper awareness. In addition to her Mindfulness expertise, she is an experienced E-RYT 500 certified Yoga Alliance teacher. She has studied with several international teachers, specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga and has been teaching since 2016. Her Yoga classes invite students to explore their body and mind with curiosity and respect, integrating meditation and breathing exercises to deepen the practice. Each class emphasizes inner listening and fosters a holistic approach to well-being. Whether through Mindfulness or Yoga, her aim is to offer a welcoming space where students can embark on a journey of personal growth, awareness, and self-discovery. Finally, she holds a Degree in Linguistic Mediation and teaches both in English and Italian.
