Journaling is known to help reduce stress, organize thoughts, and improve overall well-being. Flow journaling helps us get all of our thoughts out, assists in letting go, and can increase creativity. This practice includes three journal prompts followed by about 60 seconds for you to answer that prompt. The key is to write for the entire time, even if you have to repeat your thoughts, get off topic, or literally write out, “I don’t know what to write..” Just don’t stop writing. Today's topic is intuition. Let's flow! (Music: Chris Collins)

Greetings and welcome friends.

My name is Jessie and I am grateful you are here for 5-minute flow journaling.

This session is designed to provide space and prompts to support your journaling practice.

Flow journaling helps organize thoughts,

Reduces stress,

Assists in letting go,

And can increase creativity and overall well-being.

Please grab your journal and a favorite writing utensil,

Open your notes app in your phone,

Or grab whatever tools you need to meaningfully engage in this practice.

Each journal prompt will be followed by about 60 seconds for you to utilize to answer that prompt.

The key is to write for the entire time.

Even if you have to repeat your thoughts,

Get off topic,

Or literally write out,

I don't know what to write.

Just don't stop writing.

It's not supposed to be perfect.

It's just to get you in the flow.

Today's topic is about intuition.

Let's begin.

First journal prompt,

Describe what the word intuition means to you.

The third journal prompt,

How can you be more connected and open to your intuition?

How can you be more connected and open to your intuition?

Ten more seconds.

Okay,

Go ahead and finish up that thought or continue to write if you are in the flow.

Please acknowledge yourself for showing up for yourself and being present to promote your wellness through flow journaling.

Thank you for joining me today.

I am grateful for you.

Wishing you a magical,

Inspiring,

And wonder-filled day.

May your soul shine.
