She is currently working toward becoming an accredited yoga teacher so she can share her love and passion for it's power to nourish the body and mind amidst the demands and chaos of modern day capitalism. Her goal is to help people and communities build a sense of safety, connection, and authenticity. Jess hopes to create a therapeutic space (and society) that respects and appreciates difference and diversity and welcomes all beliefs, backgrounds and neurotypes. All of her offerings are trauma-informed and aim to be inclusive and accessible.
