Explore MeditationJoanne has been practising yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2014. She specialises in moderate Hatha flows, with an attention to healing practices and yoga for athletes. Originally from Canada, Jo first began her yoga journey in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia and now lives on the sunny Sussex coast in the UK. In 2022, she founded Join·Yoga. The word 'yoga' (योग) means to 'yoke' or to 'join'. Yoga can help us bring different parts of ourselves together, unite us with our environment and cultivate closer connection to the people around us.
