
Clearing Your Channel ~ A Bit Of Inspiration
Join me as I speak about different ways to clear your channel. Your channel is the way you experience and express in this life, it's also your energy source and we live in a world that is messy, overwhelming, and invasive in many ways (both quiet and loud). Now, more than ever, we need to find practices that clear our channel on a daily basis so that we can be clear, conscious, and authentic in our lives, practices that are easy and can be integrated into our lives effortlessly. If you're a parent, it can be doubly important for you to clear your channel and let your children see this practice, even bringing them into your practice to do it together. Allow me to inspire you to find your ways to clear your channel and maybe experiment with some ways I offer here. I hope you enjoy it! LOVE. Jocelyn b.

Welcome,
I'm Jocelyn.
I just wanted to speak a bit about clearing your channel and what that means.
We have bodies,
We have physical bodies,
Mental bodies,
Emotional bodies,
Energetic bodies,
Spiritual bodies,
We have all these subtle selves that make up who we are.
And it is important to clear our energy,
Clear our emotions,
Clear our mind,
Even clear our body at least once a day.
Because when we go out,
Even if we don't leave our own home,
We are listening to videos,
We're on social media,
We're having conversations with people,
And our channel gets clogged.
We need to clear it so we can be as open and authentic with ourselves as possible.
And there are a lot of different ways to clear your channel.
Your channel,
Let's just start with this.
Your channel is that place within you where information comes in and information goes out.
And we live in this body,
Our soul is housed in this body that we get for this lifetime.
And within this body,
We have memory,
Cellular memory,
DNA memory,
We have emotional memory,
We have feelings and emotions in the moment,
We have thoughts and beliefs,
We have connections,
We have perceptions of relationships,
We have so much going on just in this body that our soul is housed in,
Let alone all of our senses and what our senses bring in and how our senses express out.
We also have our chakra system,
We have our energy systems,
We have portals within our body,
We have imagination and awareness and consciousness,
All of this stuff is going on,
And it's all within our body.
It's a lot,
Right?
And not only that,
But we shift and change moment to moment,
Right?
You might feel one way,
One moment,
And all of a sudden something shifts,
And all of a sudden something else comes in and you've forgotten about what that was previously and you're on to the next.
So we are constantly moving and adjusting and being within our body,
Within this world,
Within this place that we are living.
And that can make a channel muddy.
If you think of your channel,
It's your way of connecting with your higher self,
It's a way of connecting with spirit,
It's a way of connecting to divinity.
Your channel is a way to connect back down to earth,
To feel grounded.
It's a way to connect back with who you are,
Your channel,
Right?
And that channel is always within us.
But as we move through our days,
It gets cloudy,
It gets muddy,
It gets,
It can be taken over by other people's energy.
And an example of that is,
Say in human design,
You have an open solar plexus.
Your channel can be easily taken over by other people's emotional states.
Yeah.
So clearing your channel is important.
It really is.
And there are lots of ways to clear your channel.
You can clear your channel by simply bringing intention to your breath.
You can just begin by breathing deep.
Let's do it together for a minute.
Just closing your eyes and just noticing your breath to begin with,
Just noticing your breath.
Just notice your inhale and your exhale.
You might notice the depth or you might notice maybe the temperature of air,
Or you might notice where your breath moves,
Your body,
How,
Whatever you notice,
You notice,
Right?
It's present.
Now,
Just begin to hold the intention within you to clear anything that's not yours.
Just hold that intention in your awareness.
And as you inhale the next time through your nose,
Imagining pulling up everything that's not yours from your channel.
And then blowing out your mouth gently and letting it all leave your body.
So going back to inhaling through your nose and imagining as you inhale,
Pulling up everything that's not yours,
Everything that's not belonging to you.
And when you reach the pinnacle of your inhale there,
Blowing out through your mouth,
And letting it go on that exhale,
You can even bring some visualization to this breath.
As you're inhaling,
You could imagine yourself inhaling up all of the gray,
All of the dark,
All of the things that are not of you,
Not yours.
And as you blow it out,
You might even imagine it like smoke coming out of your mouth.
Now,
You can even get more intense with this breath of clearing.
And in that you might want to,
As you're inhaling,
Imagining pulling everything up from your body that you want to clear,
You can get very specific.
I want to clear this doubt that I have that I can do these things,
Right?
So now I'm,
As I'm inhaling,
I'm inhaling up through my body,
All of the doubt,
All of the doubt from all the corners of my body.
And as I blow out through my mouth gently,
I'm letting it go.
Maybe I want to inhale up through my body now,
All of the blame or resentment I have toward a person,
Right?
Just bringing it up,
Inhaling,
Inhaling through my nose.
And then when I'm ready,
I blow it out through my mouth,
Letting it go.
I can really bring in the visualization if that feels good.
I can bring in the knowing that that's what I'm inhaling up and out of my body.
But this is what I'm doing.
I'm clearing my channel.
And it can be as general as anything that's not mine,
That's not of me,
Right?
It could be anything that's not in my highest and greatest good.
It can be even specific things like my lack of trust in a certain relationship or whatever I want to work on,
Right?
Whatever I feel is lingering within me.
If there are specific words or specific handfuls of words that are there for me to grasp and pull up as my inhale,
And then to let out through my mouth,
Blowing gently through my lips,
Right?
So that's one way to clear your channel.
Another way to clear your channel is through writing.
In other words,
I tend to,
I clear my channel in the morning and at night.
And at night,
I often clear my channel by writing down everything that happened through my day backwards.
I don't write it backwards.
I just write it event-wise backwards,
All the way back to when I woke up in the morning.
And just writing it and getting it out with that intention to clear my channel clears my channel.
I also bounce on a rebounder.
I jump on a rebounder that clears your channel,
But also clears your physical lymphatic system,
Which is beautiful because it's opening and closing the gates of the lymphatic system when you're jumping on something like a rebounder.
Of course,
You could also do,
If you don't have a rebounder,
A bit of shaking,
Shaking through your body,
Using your knees and your heels to bounce into on the ground and shaking through your body like a qigong movement.
That would also clear your body as well.
I sometimes clear my channel through energy sketching,
Which is just allowing whatever's going on in me,
Right,
Bringing my awareness and attention to that,
Breathing into it,
Giving it life,
And then allowing my hand to express it on paper through maybe sketching or doodling or allowing myself to make marks with something on paper.
That allows me to see what's inside in order to clear it.
So there's lots of ways of clearing your channel.
Some people like to do things that are more physical,
Drinking a glass of lemon water,
You know,
And if you have that intention,
Oftentimes when I drink a large glass of water in the morning,
I hold that glass,
I have the lemon in it,
And I bless that water before I drink it.
And your blessing may be your own words,
But sometimes my blessing is to clear my channel for the first half of the water,
And the second half of the glass of water is to quench my channel,
Right,
Quench,
Heal,
And bring abundance to me.
So when I hold that glass of water,
That lemon water,
I call on my own higher self,
I can call on my highest,
Most aligned divine help,
I can call on an ascended master like Kuan Yin,
Hold that glass,
And I ask them to bless it,
I ask myself,
My higher self,
To bless it,
To clear.
And when I'm ready to drink it,
I'm very conscious with that water as I drink it,
Feeling the water go down,
Clearing my channel,
Right?
And if I did it in two halves,
Then I'll bless the second half as the second half to heal,
And bring in whatever I want to bring in,
And I'll do the same thing,
And I'll drink it consciously.
There are many ways to clear your channel.
I think most,
All of them begin with an intention to clear your channel.
There's also things that you can do physically,
Like a cold shower,
Or sitting under the shower head and visualizing the water coming down over you,
Washing over your body,
Over your channel and clearing it.
You can connect to all of your chakras in a row.
I do have a chakra opening meditation,
It's a beautiful clearing.
Even just sitting for a minute,
Connecting with your channel,
How do you connect with your channel?
You close your eyes and go inward,
Let's do that for a second,
Just closing your eyes and going inward,
Connecting to your channel,
Your mode of communication,
The way things come in and go out,
The way they're experienced and the way they are expressed.
And you might even ask your channel how it likes to be cleared.
You might find that you're really being called to palo santo or sage and burning and smudging a little bit for your channel.
You might feel called to movement or breath.
Just sitting with your channel for a minute,
See what comes to you from your channel,
How it wants to be cleared.
The only thing I will say is that it does come with intention to clear your channel.
There are things we do on an everyday basis,
Wash our hands or maybe take a shower,
And if we do it without intention,
It doesn't have the same strength and ability as when we actually bring our conscious self to it.
So if you take a shower every day,
Before you step in that shower,
You can bless the water,
You can ask for clearing,
And you can simply sit under that water and feel it clear your channel.
And you're not even doing anything extra or different,
Right?
Sometimes I use essential oils because I wear essential oils every day,
And sometimes I pick specific ones to clear my channel.
And it might be one that I wear mostly every day,
But when I do it,
The days when I clear my channel,
I'm very conscious of putting that oil on my skin and I have intention.
I'm claiming my clear channel.
I'm claiming my energy,
My space.
I'm claiming my subtle self.
So this was just a little bit of a track talking about clearing your channel.
It's here to inspire you to want to clear yours.
To go inward,
To feel into your own channel,
Your own expression and experience.
And to find something that works for you to clear your channel.
This world is messy in many,
Many ways.
And right now we want to be as clear as possible.
So I encourage you to maybe play around with clearing your channel a different way each day for a week,
But just allowing yourself to spend that time to give yourself that clearing.
