Welcome to your meadow meditation.
This is your time.
There is nothing you have to do.
There is nowhere you have to be.
You are here.
You are held.
Exactly as you are.
Feel supported by the earth.
As you lie comfy,
Cozy,
And warm.
Feel your beautiful breath easily moving through you.
A little easier now.
Tune into your powerful attention,
And where you choose to rest your attention.
Wherever you rest your attention today will invite a softness,
A letting go,
And a rest.
Tune into and feel the top of your head,
Your crown,
Your hair.
Feel the right side of your brain,
The left side of your brain.
Feel your entire brain relax.
Soften the center of your forehead,
And let it widen and melt down the sides of your face.
Feel your right ear,
Inside your ear.
Feel your left ear,
Inside your left ear.
Relax.
Your right sinuses,
Left sinuses.
Soften your lips and mouth,
Your cheeks and jaw.
Feel your eyes in your sockets,
Cool and floating.
And relax behind your eyes.
Feel the back of your neck,
Where it meets your skull.
Soften all the way down your entire spine,
Vertebra by vertebra.
And feel your neck and throat.
Relax the back of your tongue.
Broaden and relax across your shoulders,
Down your right arm.
Feel your right thumb,
Pointer finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
And pinky.
Whole right palm relaxed.
Feel your left shoulder and arm,
Left palm.
Relax your left thumb,
Pointer finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
And pinky.
Your whole left palm relaxed.
Feel your upper back,
Middle back,
Lower back.
Your whole back softens down into the ground.
Feel your chest.
Relax and lighten.
Feel your ribcage and diaphragm soften.
Feel your stomach,
Digestive system.
Relax.
Feel the whole front of your torso relax.
And feel your pelvis,
Your glutes,
And pelvic floor,
Your right leg,
Upper leg,
Right knee,
Lower leg,
Ankle.
Feel your right foot.
First,
Big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Relax the entire bottom of your foot,
Your whole right leg relaxed.
Feel your upper left leg,
Left knee,
Lower leg,
Left ankle,
Left big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Relax.
Feel your whole foot relaxed.
Your entire left leg relaxed.
Feel the entire right side of your body soften.
The entire left side of your body soften.
Feel your entire back body soften and drop.
And your entire front body soften and drop.
Feel your bones strong and weighted.
Feel your blood vibrant and alive.
Feel your skin soft.
Feel every cell of your body strong,
Soft,
And alive.
Soften your heart.
Soften your heart.
Soften your heart.
Connect to your soul,
Your deep self,
Your spirit now.
Begin to picture a meadow.
Let it form.
See the space open up in front of you,
This beautiful,
Large meadow.
See the green grass,
The tall trees surrounding the edges of this meadow.
You notice how welcoming and familiar this meadow is,
As though it was made just for you.
You look down and see your feet.
And you begin to take steps forward,
Onto the grass and your bare feet.
And with each step you take,
You discover more of this meadow.
You feel the sun on your skin.
You feel the breeze,
The temperature.
And you look around and see the sky.
Notice if there are any birds.
You notice how easy it is to breathe here.
How fresh and rich the air is.
You choose to stand,
Sit,
Lie,
Walk,
Or fly at any time in this meadow.
Call in any or all of your allies,
From your physical or spiritual teams,
Your guides,
Angels,
Fairies,
Friends,
Family,
Animals.
Anyone you wish to welcome in.
Welcome them in now.
This meadow is just for you.
This is a space of rest,
Or healing,
Or communication.
Whatever you need,
You can allow now.
You are ready to receive any insight,
Information,
Images,
Visions,
Healings,
Or deep rest as you need.
Trust and be open to what your experience is.
Your experience will unfold exactly as you need it now.
This is your sacred time.
If there's anything you'd like to remember from your time here,
Just do so now.
Knowing that you can always come back here to this place.
Feel free to thank any part of your experience.
Look down at your feet.
See yourself walking out of the meadow.
Back into your body,
Into your feet.
Wiggle fingers and toes.
Move slowly.
Intuitively stretch.
Bend your knees.
With helping hands,
Press yourself up to seated.
Remaining here as long as you need.
This wonderful liminal,
Betwixt state,
Before you move into the rest of your day.
