As you settle in,

Let yourself be enveloped by the soothing background music which is set to the calming frequency of 432 hertz.

This frequency is known to promote deep relaxation and a sense of inner peace.

Throughout this meditation we'll focus on our breathing,

Allowing the gentle music to guide us into a state of tranquility.

Toward the end,

The music will fade,

Leaving just the frequency to cradle you into a serene and restorative sleep.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

Lie down in your bed,

Allowing your body to fully relax.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold it for just a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Continue to breathe deeply and evenly,

Letting each breath bring you closer to a state of calm.

Now let's perform a gentle body scan to release any remaining tension.

Start by bringing your awareness to your toes,

Feel any tightness or stress melting away as you breathe in deeply and exhale slowly.

Move your focus up to your feet,

Ankles and calves.

With each breath,

Feel the relaxation spreading,
