Welcome to this session for finding calm and peace.
This will help you transition into a restful and peaceful sleep.
But there is no pressure to fall asleep.
Just setting the stage.
Finding a place of soothing comfort as your breath flows through your body in your imagination.
Now taking a deep breath with me and letting the breath gently go.
Breathe in and letting the breath go.
And now breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And noticing when you breathe in that your abdomen is expanding outward and when you release the breath gently that your abdomen returns to its original position.
Breathe in and slowly release the breath.
Breathe in slowly and gently release the breath.
Noticing if you are experiencing any sensations in your body.
Is there maybe any tingling,
Warmth,
Lightness,
Or floating sensation in your body?
Or maybe something else?
Noticing this gentle breathing is showing a change in your arms and legs,
In your torso,
In your abdomen,
In your chest,
In your heart,
And in any place in your body.
Just noticing without judgment and letting it be.
Are you noticing any place where there is tension or constriction in your body?
And breathing into it and gently releasing the breath and letting it be.
Accepting it.
Your body is a miracle and all you have to do now is just breathe.
Breathing in and gently and slowly releasing the breath.
Breathing in and releasing the breath.
Taking the breath in and having the feeling you're nourishing your entire body.
Every cell is being nourished by the air you're breathing in.
And when you breathe out,
Gently letting the air flow out of your body along with tension,
Along with relaxation,
Changing,
Inhibiting feelings in your body.
Just let them go.
And breathing in and letting the breath go again.
And breathing in gently and releasing the breath as you drift into the soothing music.
