"Why don't you love yourself?" What is self-love? Is it something you can obtain through a makeover? Can you get more of it by reading or watching something? Although they feel good and are gratifying, you can't grow in self-love through these types of activities. This meditation helps to improve self-love by deep affirmations.

Close your eyes and then just start breathing normally.

As you're settling,

Take a deep long breath into your belly.

Slowly let it go.

Just take a deep long breath from the universe and cosmos.

All the positive energy around you.

Just inhale the positive energy.

Slowly let it go.

As you inhale again,

Hold for a few seconds and let it go.

So today we'll do some self law meditation.

As you breathe in,

Allow yourself to shower some self law into our physical body.

As you breathe in,

Just call upon your spirit guides,

Whomever you believe in to come and help us,

Heal us and protect us as we do this meditation.

Take a deep long breath,

Put the intention on and then slowly let it go.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

I'll be doing pausing meditation today,

So as I instruct,

Please continue some of the instructions.

I'll let you do some more breathing by yourself.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you breathe in,

Just observe your nostrils as the air comes out.

As you breathe in,

Let your body settle in,

Let yourself relax,

Whatever position you're sitting in or lying down,

Let yourself relax.

Take the attention inwards As the air goes inside,

Just observe the breathing,

Observe where the air touches on your nostrils.

Just observing as the air goes out of your body.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Just be an observer of your own breath.

Just visualize any tension or any stress,

Leaving your body as you exhale.

So breathe in,

Take all the positive energy around you.

As you breathe out,

Let all unwanted stress and energy leave your body.

Let your shoulders drop,

Any stress or tension if you're holding in your body,

Especially in jaws,

Shoulder,

Back.

Let it go.

And feel yourself settling deeper into comfort,

Observing inside.

Feel deeper and relaxation into this meditation.

If your thoughts are disturbing you,

Just take a deep long breath,

Signal the thought to leave or just not to disturb you at this moment.

Let's start some visualization of self-law meditation.

Imagine yourself standing on a soft green grass.

Feel yourself alone and safe,

Nothing to be scared of.

Just observe the surroundings,

Observe the smells.

Do you feel any fresh grass smell or the flowers or the earthy smells around you?

Visualize sun warming up your body as you stand in the grass.

You are in the safest space,

Nothing to worry about,

Nothing to be scared of.

Just feel the air which is gently touching your body.

As you feel the air,

Your body and mind and the soul relaxes.

Just keep observing your breath.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Every exhale you do,

Let your body relax a little deeper,

A little deeper into this meditation.

Every breath you take in,

Feel the energy around you.

Just let the universal energy come into you.

Every exhale you do,

Let your body relax deeper and deeper.

Just going to pause a few seconds,

Keep doing the breathing.

As you settle in,

Just feel some droplets of rain dropping on your skin.

Smell the earthy smells as the rain starts dripping.

Your body is relaxing.

Feel the droplets hitting your body and skin.

As the rain droplets touch your skin,

You feel cooler and refreshing.

As this happening,

You feel much deeper and deeper into this meditation.

Nothing is bothering you around here.

Nothing is important right now.

No thought is important right now.

Just let them go.

As you feel the raindrops on your body,

Let your inner voice talk to you about the sunflower.

Try to hear what's coming out of it.

What's coming from inside.

Let the sunflower pour into you as the rain droplets are touching your body.

You can start using some affirmations.

Visualize your soul as a small little baby.

You can start nurturing using some affirmations.

I love you.

I love you so much.

You are extraordinary.

Allow myself.

Allow this body where my soul resides.

Allow my body.

Allow myself.

Allow my love.

Allow my tears.

As you say these affirmations,

Take a deep long breath.

If one of these affirmations doesn't resonate with you,

Just let it sink in.

Take a deep long breath.

Allow myself.

Allow my love.

Allow my tears.

Allow my body.

Just going to give you a few more affirmations.

You can add your own.

If any one of those words doesn't resonate,

You can change.

Allow my purpose.

Allow my ambitions.

Allow my ideas.

Allow my kind heart.

Allow my mistakes.

They give me a path to improve myself.

Allow everything about myself.

Even though I'm constantly evolving,

I allow and accept myself.

As I evolve,

I'm shedding my old habits and acquiring new habits which I'm so proud of myself.

Even though I'm a work in progress,

I allow and accept myself.

Allow and accept the way I am.

Going to pause a few seconds.

You can add your own affirmations.

Don't be harsh or judgement.

It's all about self love.

So be gentle.

Give yourself a motivational or affirmation statement which helps you to grow,

Which helps you to accept,

Which helps you to appreciate.

Give yourself a motivational or affirmation statement which helps you to accept,

Which helps you to appreciate.

Just visualize the raindrops and the love which is pouring onto your body.

Let that all sink into your skin and reach the soul.

Get a gratitude and feel that we deserve all the best things in our life.

We are worthy of every word what we said above.

We mean everything what we said and we accept everything what we said.

Just accept the way we are or accept the way I am.

Just accept this amazing self-love feeling and then fill yourself with this amazing love which we hardly show ourselves.

Let this meditation fill us with so much love.

You can start distributing to others.

Try to give up,

Try to give love to others when we don't have anything.

I hope this meditation fills that emptiness where we will be equipped to give it to others.

Just gonna pause few seconds,

Let everything sink in.

Bring your awareness back where you're sitting.

Observe your thoughts,

Mind status,

How you feel.

This awareness slowly start wiggling your toes and fingers.

When you're ready,

Rub your hands and then place them on your eyes.
