Hello everyone,
Welcome to this guided meditation session.
My name is Raghu.
Thank you for taking time to be here to love yourself.
The topic for today is guided meditation for self-law.
It's so easy for all of us to get lost in the negative thoughts,
Self-doubts and easier to blame others for our mood interruptions.
So when we feel that all these things,
We feel that we do not feel worthy of love.
Not from others,
But our own self-love.
So let's take some time to get these thoughts out of our brain.
And then try to relax our mind,
Try to use this as an SOS tool when we are going through these painful mind thoughts.
So if you haven't already done so,
Please close your eyes.
Be comfortable wherever you are sitting.
The main intention I want you to put it out there is self-love,
Self-acceptance.
Just breathe in normally.
Take a deep long breath.
Then slowly get it out of your body.
Take few seconds to do this repeatedly.
As you do this breathing,
This is the time where we leave any worries,
Anxieties,
Concerns behind us while we try to relax into the guided meditation.
And find some stillness within.
The journey is going to be within us,
Not external.
If you need to do any adjustments to your body,
Posture,
Please do so now.
As you settle in,
I want you to rate yourself 0 to 10.
10 being very low with your vibrational energies,
Self-doubt.
Give you few seconds to consider what that number would be.
This is for your own measurement.
At the end of the meditation,
We will do the same exercise to see,
Has anything changed within us.
Now try to pay attention to your breathing.
Just concentrate on your breathing.
Tip of your nose.
As the air comes in,
The air goes out.
Just monitor for a minute.
Just observe.
Notice your breath.
Don't try to change anything.
Let the natural flow happen.
If you feel any part of the body is stressed or tensed,
Try to breathe into that part.
Try to relax.
Just keep inhaling from nose and exhaling from nose and just be an observer of your own breath.
Just check your emotional status.
Where is your mind?
Is it wandering somewhere?
Or is it with you?
Is your mind at ease?
Or filled with restlessness,
Negative thoughts,
Self-doubts,
Disliking yourself,
Or trusting your own self?
I want you to place your dominant hand,
Whether it's left or right,
On your heart.
Just visualize a pink or a green color.
As you visualize the color,
Let the color be filled in your chest area,
Including your heart.
Just breathe in and absorb.
Let the green color or pink color absorb your body.
Just observe how does it feel touching your own heart.
Placing your hands on this tender area.
This is the place where you experience the love,
Including the self-love and a love for others.
Let the smooth breath absorb effortlessly.
Just feel the flow of air coming in and going out.
Let the cosmic love,
Divine energy,
Fill your lungs and body with divine love.
With each inhale,
Imagine the divine love and divine energy coming into you.
Let every breath out of your body take away or release your negative thoughts,
Self-doubt,
Dislike.
Any of those lower vibrational thoughts,
Just release them.
Continue to focus on your breath.
Each inhale,
Tell yourself,
I am worthy.
And on each exhale,
Tell yourself,
I am enough.
Just repeat this process.
Inhale,
I am worthy.
Exhale,
I am enough.
Just take few moments to repeat this as mantra in your mind.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
As you repeat these words,
Sentences,
You feel shift in your energy.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
If your mind wanders or try to find the logics,
Just brush those thoughts away for now.
Just pay attention to your breathing and the mantra,
I am worthy.
I am enough.
If it wanders or if any negative thought comes,
Don't be harsh on yourself.
Just be gentle.
Bring your concentration back to your breathing.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
At this point,
I want all of you to bring in happiest thought you can generate right now.
Which could be your place,
Food,
A thing,
A person,
A pet.
Whatever that makes you happy.
Feel that feeling of happiness.
With this happiness,
Visualize that you are in front of a mirror.
Just observe what you feel in that mirror.
This is just your own impression.
It's all your image in the mirror.
What do you see?
Do you see pain and sadness,
A law and joy?
Don't get attached to the image in the mirror.
This is just a reflection of our own self.
Regardless of what appears in the reflection,
Tell yourself,
I love you.
I am enough.
I am beautiful.
I am worthy of happiness.
I am worthy of love.
I love myself.
Just keep repeating these positive affirmations.
Finally,
Just visualize your heart as a vessel.
Try to fill this heart with abundance of love from the universe.
Let the love fill your heart.
Let it overflow the divine energy to the rest of the body.
Just let the entire body fill up with this love.
Before we finish the meditation for the day,
Just assess your feelings right now as we did at the starting of this meditation.
How are you feeling right now?
You can continue sending the love to yourself,
Sending the affirmations to yourself after the meditation recording is completed.
Just provide an affirmation to yourself.
This meditation on self-love allows me to connect with my heart,
To remember that I am worthy of love,
Especially my own.
I love you.
I am enough.
I am beautiful.
I am worthy of happiness.
I am worthy of my own love along with the divine love.
You can sit and continue this meditation after the recording is completed.
