Good morning,

My darling.

How are you feeling this morning?

What has brought you here today?

Are you looking for a way to awaken your body and mind gently?

Or maybe you're setting fresh goals and intentions for the day ahead.

Perhaps sleep was elusive or worries kept you awake,

And now you're in need of a reset,

A chance to start anew.

Whatever it may be,

I want you to know that it's okay.

You are here now,

And that means you have already begun to take care of yourself.

Your day is yours to shape,

And it will be okay because you are giving yourself this moment right here,

Right now.

Start by closing your eyes or softening your gaze if you prefer.

Whether you're still in bed or sitting in your favorite spot,

Feel the support beneath you.

Trust that you are held,

Supported,

Whether you're lying down or sitting up.

Now take a deep breath in and exhale fully.

Again,

Breathe in and release.

Let my voice guide and support you as you relax in this space.

Soften your face,

Release your jaw,

Let go of any tension in your fist or toes,

And allow yourself to settle in just as you are.

This is your moment,

Darling.

Embrace it fully.

Starting over,

Starting fresh,

Or beginning anew,

These are all ways to come back to yourself.

Right now,

You are coming back to yourself in this present moment,

Breath by breath.

Let's take another deep breath in and release.

I'll leave you here for a moment to listen to the music around you,

To the rhythm of your heart as it beats,

My darling.

Let the beat remind you that you are alive and in that,

Find peace.

I have a quote that I wrote just for you.

Do not regret a single day of your life.

Each day brings either happiness,

Experience,

Resilience,

Lessons,

Or great memories.

Your life can always begin again,

Just like the morning.

Mornings always come again and again,

Offering new beginnings.

As you let these words settle into your heart and body,

And as you breathe in fresh air while releasing what no longer serves you,

Be proud of yourself.

You've made it to this moment right here and right now.

You deserve this peace,

And you know you do,

Because you are here doing what you can to help yourself.

My darling,

Take another breath in and let it out.

Feel your breath begin to awaken you.

As you breathe at your own pace,

Start to awaken at your own pace.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And roll your shoulders,

And give yourself a good morning stretch.

And when you're ready,

Gently flutter your eyes open,

Like the wings of a butterfly greeting the morning.

Good morning to you,

My darling.

Now go and live this day to its fullest.
