When we're lost in the future and lost in the past,
We're actually not as alive.

Relax,
Welcome back to our center.
A sense of calm,
A sense of presence.
If you've been feeling distracted,
Stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Bored,
Lonely,
Tired,
Perhaps even joyful,
Loving,
Peaceful.
Or somewhere in between.
Know that you're not alone.
In that whatsoever you're feeling in this moment is A-OK.
Getting comfortable,
You can lie down,
Sit up,
Close the eyes and leave them open.
Whatever feels right.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the stomach.
Relaxing the chest as you take a deep breath in.
And then deep breath out.
Inhaling new life,
New energy.
I would say I'm letting go.
You Letting go of past,
Letting go of the future as you breathe in this moment.
And exhale.
Of beating and trust.
And exhale.
Letting go of worries as you breathe in faith in yourself.
And accept faith in life.
Faith in people.
Faith in the unfolding of circumstance as you breathe in love for yourself.
And the eggs had love for life,
Love for people.
Love for your path.
Breathing in compassion.
Breathing out.
Deepening compassion,
Expanding the energy of compassion inside.
As you breathe in,
Just drink.
Exit.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
Breathing power.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Settling into the body,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the jaw.
I didn't go ahead and enter critics.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom.
Thank you.
And letting go of thoughts.
Back into the body.
As you take a deep breath in.
It's a deep breath out.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Remember to cherish your life,
Cherish the day,
Cherish the moment.
Because it's not forever.
Coming back to thankfulness,
Trust.
So take a deep breath in.
Deep breaths out.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhaling,
Relaxing the belly.
Take one last deep breath for now.

It's a slight shift in thinking about it,

We're sort of half-heartedly in the moment and then another part of us is so far away that we're split and our energy is being dissipated.
So actually bringing ourselves into the moment,
Becoming more total in the moment,
Feeling more totally alive.
