Welcome my friend.

You're tuned in to the channel Om Haiku.

I'm your host,

Maamun,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling anxious,

Depressed,

Angry,

Negative,

Lonely,

Insecure,

Confused,

Unmotivated,

Feeling self-hate,

Perhaps even self-love,

Joyfulness,

Peace,

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith,

Trust,

And the unfolding of life in our awareness.

And our love is just underneath that pain,

Still there,

Still present despite challenges,

Setbacks,

Having faith,

Having trust.

That being said if you're feeling comfortable,

Becoming aware of how you're sat,

You can lie down or sit up straight,

Whichever you like.

You can gently close the eyes,

Becoming aware of how you feel in this moment.

Taking a deep breath in.

Breathing in new life,

New energy.

And exhale,

Letting go of old life,

Old energy.

Breathing in trust.

And exhale,

Letting go of fear.

Breathing in forgiveness.

And exhale,

Letting go of past.

Breathing in this moment.

Letting go of the future.

Letting go of worries.

As you breathe in.

Breathing into the heart space.

And exhale,

Opening the chest,

Opening the heart.

I want you to visualize that the heart is opening,

Becoming more warm,

More spacious.

Breathing in courage into the heart space.

And exhale,

Letting go.

Relaxing the mind as you look in.

Witnessing,

Welcoming.

Breathing in love for yourself.

And exhaling love for other people.

Sending love to somebody who's been challenging you,

Frustrating you.

Picturing them joyous,

Healthy.

Picturing them with a smile on their face.

Sending them love,

Sending them compassion.

Despite how much they frustrate you or challenge you.

Having thankfulness for just them being alive.

For all the teachings that they bring.

Remember that people who challenge us are like our teachers.

We can learn more from them than people who are easy to get along with.

Taking a deep breath in.

And holding the breath at the top.

Exhale,

Let go.

Following the sound of the bell all the way to the end.

Listening.

Taking a deep breath in.

And hold the breath.

Becoming aware as you hold the breath.

Aware of your presence,

Aware of your awareness itself.

And exhale,

Let go.

Way to stay with it my friend.

So happy to have you joining me today.

Sending you encouragement on your path.

Keep believing in yourself.

Breathing in through the nose.

And exhaling out the mouth.

Taking a deep breath in.

Letting go of anger as you breathe in compassion.

And exhale,

Let go.

For a few moments,

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

And letting go of thoughts.

Breathing into the belly.

And exhale,

Relax in the belly.

Having patience for your path.

Being patient with the obstacles that lie in the way.

Remembering that these obstacles are also like teachers.

They bring their own lesson.

So listen to the obstacles in the way.

What are they trying to show us?

What are they trying to teach us?

Once we can bring understanding to the challenges that we face,

We can go beyond them.

But it takes some patience.

It takes some trust.

Taking one last deep breath for now.

The color for today is neon.

The number is one billion.

And the animal is a goldfish.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

An abundance of creativity,

Thinking outside of the box.

An abundance of awareness,

Consciousness,

Being conscious of the little things.

Not just going through the motions like a robot,

But really feeling all the nuances of each day.

They're so different day to day,

But we take it for granted and we feel like the same food,

The same job,

The same friends,

That we don't notice that nothing is the same under the sun.

There's a saying that is like,

Nothing is different under the sun,

But actually nothing is the same under the sun.

It's always changing.

And it takes some being present with life to see how much it is changing,

How much we are changing,

How much everything is changing.

And to see that and to trust it instead of being afraid of it,

Actually embracing that change,

Having love for that change.

May we enjoy this phase,

This current stage,

Experience some inner space,

The feeling of faith.

May we live to see another day full of trust.

And with that,
