Beginning to notice how you feel in this moment,
The emotions,
The mood,
The inner climate,
Witnessing and welcoming as it is.
Embracing sensations,
Thoughts,
As they are.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The eyes,
The jaw,
The hands and feet.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Exhale,
Letting go.
And hair.
Okay,
See I'm letting go.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Exhale,
Let it go.
You stress,
Worries,
The inner critic.
The anger to sadness.
So you breathe in chest.
In the exhale,
Deepening trust,
Expanding trust inside.
Feeling the energy of trust spread through the body and mind.
Is to breathe and laugh.
And exhale,
Deepening love,
Expanding love.
Feeling the energy of love spread through the body,
Spread through the mind.
As you breathe in,
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
And breathing power.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Allowing the breath to be natural.
As you bring your attention inwards,
Witnessing and welcoming your inner world.
Your mind has been wanting to think.
Now is the time to let the mind think.
To roam freely as you look inwards.
Allowing everything to be as it is.
Oh.
That's right.
And letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body as you take a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware to hold that breath.
And exhale.
Recovery for today.

There's challenges and we fail,
But we're getting close,
But then we fail again.
And there's something delightful about that.
So don't take it too serious if you have a bad day,
If you don't do the best that you could have ever done.
See it as something beautiful to come back and try again.
