I'm your host,
Mamoun,
Back with another music meditation just to see,
Just to relax,
Just to let go,
Just for you.
Millions,
If not billions of people can relate to all the frustrations,
The insecurities,
The disappointment.
Eyes,
As you look inside,
Witnessing and welcoming your inner world.
And exhale,
Let go.
Allowing all the air to leave the lungs,
Just be empty,
Empty of breath,
Empty of self.
Just for a few moments being totally empty.
And taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath,
Becoming aware of your whole body.
Taking a deep breath in.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
I'm so happy to have you join me today.
Taking a big breath in through the nose.
And exhale,
Letting go of all the no longer serving you,
The inner criticism,
The self-limiting storylines,
The scarcity mindset.
Breathing in through the nose.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
I want you just to let the mind be totally free to think.
Relaxing the mind,
Not minding the mind as you let it unwind.
Taking a deep breath in.
The color for today is 7,
855.
And the animal for today is a sloth,
A baby sloth.
Thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
An abundance of resourcefulness,
Creativity,
An abundance of awareness.
Being aware of the thoughts without overly identifying with the thoughts.
Recognizing that even the most unpleasant of thoughts and emotions,
They pass.
So noticing when you have anger or anxiety.
Noticing when it's there.
And also noticing when it's passed.
This is a really powerful practice.
Because oftentimes we notice when we're anxious.
We notice when we have a headache.
We notice when we feel anger.
But we don't always notice how it passes.
Noticing the pass of emotions and thoughts helps to reaffirm that these are just ever-changing.
We don't need to get too concerned when we do feel anxious.
Because we know it's going to pass.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
