You are here.
You live to see another day and sometimes we can lose sight of that caught in the future,
Caught in the past,
Caught in stress,
That we forget.
Meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Overwhelmed,
Bored,
Perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Or some belly,
Relaxing the heart space,
The chest,
Relaxing the face,
As you bring your attention inwards,
Witnessing and welcoming your inner world.
Taking a deep breath in,
Exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale with awareness.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhale,
Expanding that love,
Deepening that love inside.
Letting go of the inner criticism,
The despair,
The hopelessness,
As you come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in fully and completely.
And exhale,
Letting go.
And breathing out.
For a few moments,
Allowing the breath to just be as it is.
Allowing the mind to be totally free to roam and to think.
Coming back into the body,
Having love for your body as it is.
Having love for the mind,
The emotions,
The passing moods,
Welcoming them like a guest.
All is welcomed,
All is honored.
Remembering that you're not the guest,
But the host.
And you don't need to kick any guest out because they leave on their own,
They come on their own.
We just witness them and welcome them with awareness.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Opening the heart,
Opening the mind to more possibilities,
Opportunities,
Blessings as you breathe in.
And the color for today is gray.
The number is 90.
It's a willy mammoth.

We only have so many days left.
And we don't even know how many days.
It could be many more days or it could not be.
So be careful what you choose to stress about in exchange for that awareness of all the gifts that is right in front of you.
The blessings that you already have.
We sometimes aspire for something for so long.
And then we get it.
We achieve it.
We have it.
And we move on to the next thing to aspire for,
To desire.
And we don't even really be grateful for that blessing that we achieved,
That we manifested.
So be mindful of this.
