"Welcome to 'Heart Chakra, House of Your Heart' meditation, where we embark on a journey deep within to explore the sanctuary of our emotions and love. As you settle into a comfortable position, take a moment to connect with your breath. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with the pure energy of the universe, and exhale any tension or resistance. Now, gently bring your awareness to the center of your chest, the sacred space where your heart chakra resides.

Hello,

And welcome to the Heart Opening Chakra Meditation by Runic Arts.

This is also meant to be an overall chakra meditation.

It will ground you into your own personal stories of the heart.

So I invite you to get comfortable,

Whether it's in a seated or lying down position.

Start by taking a deep,

Deep breath that reaches the air down into your belly.

Exhaling by opening your jaw,

Letting out a hot exhale.

We'll breathe like this in through the nose and out a hot breath with an open mouth.

So it will help to flush in the air and release the energy with the exhale.

As you breathe,

Allow your eyelids to close,

Any last movements to be made.

With this inhale,

Send the air down to the root chakra,

And this exhale will visualize the spin of our root chakras.

When you see your root chakra,

It is the area in between your legs.

It connects you to the center of creation.

It connects you to the great creator,

To the earth.

As you inhale,

Send a focused energy stream to that chakra.

As you exhale,

See it spin.

See it glow.

Dark red to a brighter red.

Notice which direction it's spinning for you.

And if you can visualize this next breath,

Spin it in the other direction.

Do this for a few breaths.

Realize that this is you with a mind over your own energy.

As you exhale,

Notice what comes up,

What shows up for you in your root chakra today.

Allow yourself to feel secure.

Allow yourself to accept safety that you can bring to yourself.

Make it an anchor into the present moment.

Moving up now,

We'll send a focused stream of energy using our breath with an inhale,

Arriving at the sacral chakra in the area just below your belly button.

As you exhale,

Visualize a glowing,

Spinning orange.

Visualize it as a rich orange circle color.

Maybe even swirling in streams of cream.

This is the chakra of your belly.

For some,

A great indication of motivation.

As you inhale,

Target a stream of white focused light into the chakra,

And as you exhale,

Watch it spin and reverberate energy all around you.

Your inhales uplift the energy of that chakra and your exhales release the trace signatures of the past.

Now this breath,

Join the signatures of both the root and the sacral chakra.

Visualize them both spinning.

Now visualize them both glowing.

The next is the heart chakra.

As you inhale,

Feel the space in your chest begin to warm.

And as you exhale,

See your heart as it is.

Notice its spin and its current flow.

Noticing you as you are now.

The heart chakra itself bears witness.

It is like the brain of the soul.

Allow your heart chakra to process you as you are now.

To understand your heart.

Inhale a warm breath into your chest space and exhale.

And as you do release the heart of all of its past responsibilities.

Only you can validate this true fact that your heart has always had good intentions.

Breathe into that truth and let it accept.

As you move around the energy of your heart chakra,

Visualize this center as a home.

Visualize it maybe as a glowing pink house on the forest floor.

As you approach this house,

It begins to materialize.

Maybe there are already animals and plants growing in the gardens,

Thriving on the grounds.

Maybe it's been a while since you visited the house of your heart.

As you approach,

You get the sense that you're there for dinner.

A weekly ritual.

You've brought your contributions,

Your updates,

And your new stories to tell.

Take a deep breath.

The door to the house of your heart opens for you.

You exhale and you see a familiar and friendly face on the other side of the front door.

I've been expecting you,

Says the keeper of the house of your heart.

And as you come in for dinner,

You notice things about this keeper.

Maybe they are older than you or younger than you.

Maybe they have similar qualities.

Maybe some are very different.

Accept that this keeper in the house of your heart is ever changing,

Just as you are.

After dessert,

There is a leather bound book on the dinner table.

The keeper invites you to flip through it.

As you exhale,

Flipping through the pages,

You realize the book is holding the stories that your heart holds on to.

You know,

You are always here.

You are always writing these stories.

The book is so heavy,

Says the keeper.

Do you think you want to make it lighter?

Do you have new stories to write?

Know that you can always come to this book.

Know that you can write new chapters.

And if you wish,

You may always edit the chapters from before.

Breathe into this room.

Let yourself sink through the chair at the dinner table.

Sink past into the present moment.

Remember,

You are always invited to visit the house of your heart.

To maintain the ritual of writing in that thick leather bound book,

The stories that you hold in your heart.

The warmth in your chest.

Exhale,

And let it dissipate.

You may always be writing in this book,

Whether that's a conscious pen on the paper,

Or whether you are not aware that you are writing that.

With a focused breath,

Inhale.

We're gonna do one final release.

The house of your heart is always there for you.

Let it be your sanctuary.

Inhale through the crown of your head.

The air comes from below your feet and above your head.

Having this glow,

As you exhale,

Cascade all around you.

As you inhale,

Allow every cell of your body to open to the oxygen in the air.

Allow each particle to be receptive to the quality of energy you have brought towards it.

As you exhale,

Allow yourself to radiate.

Allow yourself to glow.

How brightly can you imagine?

One final breath.

Focused through your third eye.

Exhale and visualize it growing like a unicorn's horn.

Release all matter from each particle.

As you feel into this space,

How surprising is it?

How limitless?

When you exhale,

Touch your feet down to the ground.

Visualize your fingers digging in the earth,

Sand.

Come back down.

You can bring your crown.

Bathe yourself in a golden light.

Let your breath be the guide.

And always remember,

You can always return to the house of your heart.
