Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or laying down.

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths,

Allowing each exhale to settle you more deeply into this moment.

There is a phrase we've learned to fear,

Falling apart.

We've been taught that falling apart means failure,

Breakdown,

Chaos.

But today,

We're going to discover something different.

Today,

We're going to practice falling apart as an act of profound trust.

Take a deep breath and let yourself settle.

Notice where you are right now.

What you're holding on to.

What feels tight or rigid in your body,

In your mind,

In your heart.

Imagine for a moment that falling apart doesn't mean losing control.

Instead,

It means releasing control.

It means letting go of the pieces of yourself that you've been desperately trying to hold together.

The pieces that no longer fit.

The pieces that no longer serve you.

And possibly,

The pieces that were never yours to begin with.

What if falling apart meant falling into something nurturing?

What if the very act of letting go was an act of coming home?

Take another deep breath and feel into your body.

Notice any areas of tension.

Any places where you've been working hard to keep things together.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a gentle,

Shallow stream.

The water is crystal clear and is at the perfect temperature.

The stones beneath are smooth,

Worn by centuries of flowing water.

You can move freely throughout this stream,

To wherever draws you.

Perhaps you're drawn to a quiet eddy where the water pools gently.

Or maybe you prefer to remain on the shore.

You might even find yourself lying in the shallow water,

With it flowing gently over your shoulders,

While your head remains comfortably above the surface,

Completely at ease.

This is your stream of restoration.

Infinitely patient,

Endlessly flowing,

Always ready to cleanse what's needing to drift away.

With intention and love for yourself,

Begin to let go.

Let the parts of you that no longer serve begin to dissolve.

Old fears that have hardened around your heart,

Let them soften and wash away.

Perfectionism that has created rigid patterns in your body,

Let it crumble gently into the water.

Resentments you've carried,

Ways of thinking that limit you,

Identities that feel too small.

Let them all fall apart.

Watch as these pieces of yourself,

These outdated parts,

Dissolve in the water and flow downstream.

They're not destroyed,

They're being transformed.

Returned to the earth,

Recycled into something new.

Feel the relief in your body as you release what was never meant to be yours to carry forever.

Notice how your stream eventually touches a river or a large body of water.

How what you've released becomes part of something greater.

Gradually picking up its current,

It too finding its own way home.

As you let yourself fall apart in this sacred space,

Notice something miraculous.

You are completely supported.

Feel connected to the vast water cycle.

Underground rivers flowing through hidden caves.

Streams merging into rivers.

Rivers flowing into oceans.

Water rising as vapor and returning as nourishing rain.

All of it part of one endless supportive flow.

This is not chaos.

This is conscious transformation.

This is falling apart into your original tone.

Now from this place of emptiness and possibility,

You begin to put yourself back together.

But this time,

You do it with a beginner's mind.

This time,

You choose consciously what belongs.

Feel yourself gathering only what serves your highest good and the highest good of all.

Compassion flows back into your heart,

Deeper than before.

Wisdom settles into your mind,

Clearer than before.

Strength returns to your body,

More flexible and resilient than before.

You are rebuilding yourself from a place of choice rather than habit.

From love rather than fear.

From wisdom rather than old patterns.

Feel into yourself.

You carry only what serves.

You move with the freedom of someone who knows they can fall apart and be caught.

Can dissolve and be reformed.

Can let go and still be whole.

This new version of you is waiting.

Waiting to serve.

Waiting to love.

Right there in standby.

Excitedly ready to engage with you,

Should you choose.

Take three deep breaths now.

Bringing this sense of transformation back with you.

Know that this dream is always here.

Always available to you whenever there's an opportunity to fall apart and be remade.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Looking at something in front of you.

Slowly allowing your eyes to focus on its edges at their own pace.

Then look around your surroundings.

Contrasting from the inner journey you took.

But notice how you felt in the stream has carried over into your physical world.

Carrying with you the wisdom of sacred dissolution and conscious rebirth.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Ready to embrace all the beautiful possibilities that await you.
