Explore MeditationRebecca has been a yoga instructor for over twenty years with primary certification through the NY Open Center continuing on as yoga training assistant. Continuing education has included shorter workshops and trainings with Lilias Folan, Leslie Kaminoff, Alan Finger, Amy Weintraub, Elena Brower, Lisa Bennett and pioneering yin teachers with a focus on breath-centered, therapeutic and spiritual practice. She practices Usui reiki, has practiced with a range of meditation teachers in Buddhist and other traditions, and appreciates the universal spiritual principles of the 12 steps.
