ADHD.

Building confidence at work.

This meditation aims to boost your self-confidence,

Helping you approach work challenges with ease.

Sitting comfortably,

Spine long.

Closing the eyes.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Inviting a smile to your face,

And perhaps even placing your hand at your heart's centre,

At the centre of the chest.

And mentally say,

May I be well.

May I become.

May I be well.

May I become.

With each breath,

Noticing the cool air entering your nostrils,

And the warm air leaving.

Bringing the awareness to the head and the face.

Relaxing the muscles of the face.

Awareness to the neck.

Dying the arms to the fingers.

Dying the torso to the pelvis.

To the upper legs,

Knees.

Lower legs.

Feet.

And toes.

Imagine a bright glowing light at the centre of your chest.

This light represents your inner confidence and inner wisdom.

With each breath,

See the light growing stronger and brighter.

Filling you with a sense of self-assurance and strength.

Silently affirm,

I am confident and capable.

I am confident and capable.

I am able to succeed in my work.

I am able to succeed in my work.

Imagining that beside you is a mirror.

You pick up the mirror.

You can see your reflection smiling back at you.

There is something special about this reflection.

This reflection represents your untapped potential and capabilities.

It is filled with confidence and radiates calm.

This reflection is your inner companion.

An embodiment of your strengths and abilities.

Observe your reflection.

Recognise that this confident self is not separate from you.

It is a part of you that has always been there.

It's been waiting to be acknowledged and embraced.

This reflection is capable of facing life's challenges with determination and determination.

It's capable of facing life's challenges with determination and poise.

Handling tasks with ease and grace.

Imagine yourself merging with this reflection.

Imagine yourself merging with this reflection.

And feeling its strength and confidence.

The strength and confidence flows into you.

With this newfound strength,

Think back to times when you felt judged or doubted.

It might be at school or at work.

And see these moments as stepping stones that have led you to this point of greater self-awareness and resilience.

Each challenge has made you more stronger,

Adaptable and more capable.

And mentally say to yourself,

I am capable.

I am confident.

I am capable.

I am confident.

And I have the ability to succeed in any challenges I face.

I have the ability to succeed in any challenges I face.

Feeling confident in your work.

You are capable of handling any challenges that come your way.

You are capable of achieving great things.

You are deserving of success.

You are creative and resourceful.

You are open to new experiences.

And you are determined to succeed.

Be proud of who you are.

And what you stand for.

Take some nice deep breaths in and out.

Filling you with a sense of assurance and readiness.

Filling you with a sense of assurance and readiness.

In your own time,

Slowly open your eyes.

Carrying this newfound self-confidence in your daily life.

You are able to approach your work and challenges.

I believe in you.
