And last but not least in this initial series of introducing you all to Isis and Osiris and how they can inform our own integration of our divine masculine and feminine,

This is the fourth part.

So what does Isis teach us about the divine feminine?

This story of her devotion is really close to my heart as Isis was the first Egyptian goddess that actually brought me to Egypt.

And Isis teaches that the divine feminine is a transformative and powerful force and she operates through creation,

Protection and unconditional love.

It's often expressed in service to others.

Unlike the divine masculine's focus on structured order and stable regeneration,

Isis's energy is magical abilities,

Relentless devotion and restoring life and justice from chaos.

Isis is known for magic.

Her magical abilities are central to her divine power,

Surpassing those of other gods.

When her brother,

Husband Osiris is murdered,

Isis does not despair.

Instead she uses her unique magical power to gather his scattered parts and resemble his body.

As a master sorcerer,

Isis is also a healer who is frequently invoked in magical texts and healing spells.

A well-known story recounts how she tricked the sun god Ra into revealing his secret name,

A source of immense power,

Which she then used to heal herself.

This illustrates the divine feminine is cunning and wise,

Not just overt in strength.

There's a wisdom to how she achieves her goals.

Isis embodies the ideal of devotion,

Protective motherhood,

A role that was particularly cherished in ancient Egypt.

After magically conceiving her son Horus,

Isis tirelessly protects him in the marshes of the Nile from Sept,

Fiercely devoted.

She's raising the divine heir.

Her role as a mother,

She nurtures and protects Horus until he's old enough to avenge his father and reclaim the throne.

This demonstrates that the divine feminine energy provides the vital support needed for the masculine successor to fulfill his destiny.

Isis's profound love is a profound transformative love,

An active force that drives her actions and restores cosmic balance or mat.

Love conquers over death.

Her deep love and grief for Osiris are what drive her relentless search and motivate her magic.

This love is so powerful that it can breathe life back into the dead.

Cosmic order,

Isis's actions are driven by love and devotion.

Her success shows that the divine feminine is not passive,

But dynamic,

Creative,

And her life-affirming power works to mend what is broken and restore what is just.

In later mythology,

Isis's powers extend beyond the immediate world.

She gains renown and absorbed traits from other goddesses.

And this shows that the divine feminine is a force of creation and destiny with the power to intervene and change the course of human and cosmic events.

To breathing this story in,

Of Isis,

Our divine guide,

Reflecting on her story,

Her story of initiation,

Of losing everything including her beloved,

Reflect on the traits that you notice as present in her journey.

That we've just outlined and use this story as a reflection to inquire into your own divine feminine.

How do you respond to this story?

Maybe there's some resistance to some of these parts and if so,

Inquire deeper.

Maybe there's some resistance to the amount she stood up to the injustice and maybe this shows an area where we're not able to fully step into our own power.

She questions us to consider how we can be soft and strong.

Bring forward your divine feminine and allow yourself in the next few minutes to just consider which parts maybe are still waiting in the shadows to be alchemized.

The wounded parts of the inner child that still feel threatened,

That still don't feel able to fully stand in their power.

Consider this story as an invitation to bring these parts forward to integrate with your own being so that they can be projected into the world as part of creating this restoration and balance in the outer world.

Are there parts that further need to be cultivated and if so,

What actions,

Behaviors and steps do you need to take to commit to making this happen?

We're in the rise of the time of the divine feminine and the rose is such a big part of us accessing this divine feminine power within us.

But it isn't an easy journey.

The shadows,

The alchemy that's needed to transmute these layers of repression,

Of suppression of our divine feminine are our doorways,

Are our keys into the ways that we get to transmute and stand in our power.

So where are the ways we feel like we can't fully step into are not safe to lead from the place of our divine feminine?

Allow these pieces to be deeper inquiries into where our own work is to further support us in our own inner union today.

I'm going to leave you with that for now.

My name is Natalie Rose from Sisters of the Rose.

I'll be back again with you soon.
