This guided meditation is an invitation to release, soften, and gently let go into the present moment. Through awareness and intentional presence, you are supported in stepping out of effort and into trust, resting in the now exactly as you are. Rather than trying to change or fix anything, this practice offers space to simply be with yourself. As the body relaxes and the mind begins to settle, you are invited to allow what is ready to release to move naturally, creating space for deeper ease and inner softening and stillness. From this place of soft awareness, we begin to rest more fully in presence, letting go of past and future, dissolving into the quiet truth of who you are beneath roles, thoughts, and expectations. This meditation is not about becoming someone new, but remembering and returning to your natural state of being. Meditation Music: Paradise of Souls Part I By Wisdom of Music

Transcript

Welcome,

Dear one,

To this guided meditation,

Intentionally designed and carved out of time for you and your beautiful heart.

As you gently begin to settle in,

Allow your breath to deepen,

To slow,

And with every breath,

Invite your awareness to settle into this moment,

Allowing the breath to help soften your mind and body.

As you breathe,

Notice where your body is holding tension,

And with every breath,

Allow these spaces to soften.

Intentionally invite the muscles to let go.

You are exactly where you need to be.

This moment is the only moment that truly matters right now.

Allow yourself to be here,

Settling in a little deeper with each breath,

Checking in once more with the body,

Noticing where you're gripping or holding on to tension.

Inviting the breath into these spaces,

Helping to relax and release the muscles and tendons,

Helping to release any tense emotions.

With the next breath,

Allow your awareness to drift into your sacred heart space,

In the center of your chest.

With every breath in,

Feel your heart expand,

And on each breath out,

Allow yourself to settle into this moment just a little more.

Settling into the softness,

Settling into presence,

Allowing yourself to be here as you are.

If the mind tries to distract you in another direction,

Simply call your awareness back to the heart,

Back to the breath.

Settling in,

You are exactly where you need to be.

Allow yourself to trust this moment,

To trust it enough to let go,

And settle in a little deeper.

It takes great courage to be patient with the moment you are in.

Can you allow yourself to be here,

Without needing anything else to happen,

To feel whole,

Complete and safe?

There's no need to relive the past in this moment,

Or to think of the future.

All that's being asked of you is to soften,

To settle in,

To right here,

Right now.

Breathe,

And feel how you are held in this moment,

Held and so deeply supported by the divine.

All that you desire is already on its way to you,

It's only asking for you to align with it.

We come into alignment very simply when we settle into the present moment,

When we let go of the past and our fear of the future,

And simply allow ourselves to be.

Breathe,

And come back to your heart,

Come back to the softening of this moment.

Notice what comes to distract you and steal your attention,

Notice if there are thoughts in the mind or sensations in the body,

Become aware of what is there,

And with every breath settle back into the observer once more,

Settle back into the part of you that already knows all is well.

Breathe,

And be here,

Reconnecting with the breath as you reconnect with your heart,

Breathing deeply,

Feeling your awareness in the heart,

Feeling the breath in your body,

And with three more deep breaths,

Inviting this softness a little more deeply in,

And gently allowing your awareness to drift back into the room or physical space that holds you,

Letting the body move in any way it wishes to move,

And when the moment arrives,

Allowing the eyes to flutter open,

Bringing your presence into this moment in time,
