Don’t overthink it, just press play and let yourself arrive exactly where you are. This is your gentle reminder to come back to why you meditate—to feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself. Even a few minutes can shift your entire day in ways you didn’t know you needed. Trust that showing up is always enough, and the benefits will meet you there. When you’re done, you’ll remember why this practice is such a gift you give yourself. BGM provided by Christopher Clarke

Hi,

I'm CZ from Unplugged Meditation,

And this is the meditation when you do not feel like meditating.

I don't know about you,

But sometimes I wake up in the morning and I race out of bed,

I go straight into my to-do list,

And then I come home at the end of the night,

Lay down,

And I'm like,

What happened today?

Well,

I don't like myself that much when I don't meditate because I move too quickly and I don't really think about the things that I wanna say.

I react instead of respond,

But that's not gonna happen today because you clicked this meditation.

So what we're going to do is remind ourselves,

Why are we doing this?

Because once you connect with your why,

You'll wanna do this every single day.

So just get comfortable,

Relax,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

And releasing out through your mouth.

Let's do that one more time.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And gently releasing through the mouth.

Silently ask yourself this,

When I meditate,

I feel insert your own words.

When I don't meditate,

I feel insert your own words.

Let's do that again.

When I do meditate,

I feel insert your word or words.

When I don't meditate,

I feel insert your word or your words.

Right now,

I want to feel insert your word.

Right now,

I don't wanna feel insert the opposite of your word.

Now,

Let's inhale how we do wanna feel.

And release how we don't wanna feel the opposite.

Insert your word how you wanna feel.

And release the opposite,

Letting go.

We're gonna just do that for a few moments.

Inserting the way you want to feel and letting go of the way you do not want to feel.

I'll wind the time.

And now letting go of your word and words and just relaxing your shoulder.

We're gonna sit in stillness and silence for just a minute.

And when you're ready,

You can begin to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

You can open your eyes.

And aren't you happy that you meditated?

Have a great day.
