This is the final meditation in the 30 Days of Gratitude series.

I am the embodiment of gratitude.

This is your final meditation in the series,

And today we integrate everything,

Your body,

Your awareness,

Your relationships,

And your trust in the unknown.

This is an activation.

You're now the embodiment of the frequency you've been practicing.

So let's begin.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly out of your mouth.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Let your jaw soften,

And feel your body arrive fully in this moment.

Gently close your eyes and bring one hand to your heart,

And your other hand to your belly.

Let's begin where you began,

In your body.

Feel your feet connected to the earth.

Your spine is upright.

Your breath is flowing.

And say softly,

I'm grateful for my body.

It holds me,

Grounds me,

And carries my spirit with strength.

Now breathe into your center.

Deep breath in,

And exhale.

Say,

I am enough.

I honor my journey.

I trust my timing.

Bring your attention to your forehead.

It's the center of your awareness.

Notice any thoughts that arise.

Greet them with peace,

And then let them float like clouds.

Say this,

I'm grateful for my mind.

It sees clearly,

Chooses wisely,

And creates with intention.

Breathe in clarity,

And exhale distraction.

And now affirm,

I choose empowering thoughts.

I trust my intuition.

My awareness is a gift.

Let this awareness expand gently.

Let it fill your mind with calm,

Clean light.

Now drop into your heart.

Feel the warmth,

The pulse,

The capacity to give and receive love.

And say,

I am grateful for my heart.

It connects me,

Protects me,

And teaches me how to feel.

Visualize the faces of those you love,

The ones who've seen you,

Held you,

Taught you.

And then whisper,

I love.

My connections are sacred.

Now feel into your boundaries,

Soft but strong.

And repeat,

My truth is safe.

My emotions are sacred messengers.

Breathe into this emotional wisdom.

Let it soften you.

Now bring awareness to the space around you,

Above you,

Behind you.

Feel the invisible presence of life supporting you.

Say with trust,

I'm grateful for the unknown.

I walk with faith,

Guided by divine timing.

Breathe in the unseen.

Exhale all resistance.

Say it again.

I am supported.

I surrender.

I trust my higher self.

Imagine yourself surrounded by light,

Held in grace.

You're walking forward with certainty.

Let that energy fill your entire field.

Now take a full body breath,

Coming from the soles of your feet all the way up to the crown of your head.

Affirm this now as your truth.

I am the embodiment of gratitude.

I am whole.

I am present.

I am aligned with all that I am.

Let these words echo in your being.

You've completed 30 days of gratitude.

You've practiced.

You've become the frequency.

From here on out,

Gratitude is who you are.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes gently and return with new energy.

Thank you for listening.
