Welcome,

To this morning meditation.

In this meditation,

I will guide you to awakening,

Or the recognition of your true self.

Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position,

In which you sit up with your back straight,

Close your eyes.

And before we begin,

Can you just recognize that you,

Right now,

Exist.

Not the thought,

I exist,

Or my name is this or that,

Or this is my body,

But just the subtle recognition of the fact that you are,

Right now,

Free from anything.

You just are,

Recognize,

Aware being.

Now take a deep and slow breath in through your nose,

And with the exhale,

Try to let go of your attachment or identification to your thoughts.

They can still be there,

But now they play out in front of you,

Or inside of your awareness,

And you,

As awareness,

Are free.

Take another deep and slow breath in through your nose,

Hold it,

And exhale,

And let go a little bit more.

Another slow breath in through your nose,

And exhale,

Relax.

And just allow for your breath to find its own slow rhythm.

Imagine just taking a step back from your body and your mind,

And to rest as that background awareness,

Always aware,

Always observing everything.

And see that this pure awareness is untouched,

It is always here,

Just aware of everything,

Of your thoughts,

Of your body,

Aware of the fact that you exist.

And as you rest,

As this awareness,

You can observe everything just popping up,

Oh,

There's another thought,

Oh,

There's another sensation,

But you just rest as that formless awareness,

Untouched.

Now,

Let go or surrender the sense of location.

Your true self is not bound to the location of your physical body.

It is infinite,

Everywhere,

All at once.

Become formless.

Stay here,

In this vast,

Empty space of infinite awareness,

Completely free,

Pure love,

Infinite freedom.

Right now.

You are the infinite space in which everything happens,

In which every appearance arises,

Yet,

You are untouched,

Unchanged.

This is your true self.

Rest as that,

Unfold even more.

Set the intention to see through the illusion of separation more and more,

To stop living so much from the ego,

From the mind,

And to start living from your infinite nature of pure beingness,

Where you are always,

Already free,

And always already complete.
