When we connect more with our heads than our hearts,
We sink into the vibration of fear.
By switching things around,
Connecting more with your heart than your head,
The vibration of love is radiated.
Connecting with heart,
You start to radiate energy that is expansive.
The time for adorning ourselves in the past,
Avoiding the beauty in the now,
And mentally not being in the body as our mind is somewhere in the future is over.
These practices are restrictive and blocking you,
They are binding your hands in restriction.
The past is dead,
Forgive and accept.
Presence in the now allows for pleasure to be experienced and beauty to be felt.
Embody your magnificent body,
This is our greatest human gift,
To feel the ups and the downs,
The ebbs and the flows.
There is beauty in this human existence,
Even in suffering,
For any suffering is merely an opportunity to evolve further.
Suffering in our bodies is its way of saying your attention is needed here,
Right here.
Suffering can be guilt,
Shame,
Grieving,
Overwhelm,
The list is long.
All feelings felt give a physical signal in the body,
They are flashing lights helping us draw our attention where is needed the most.
These signals can either be restrictive or expansive,
Only you can tell the difference.
So let's move away from being afraid,
Afraid to intuit our way forward.
And let's move towards what your inner heart wisdom is saying,
Allowing you to access your endless possibilities.
In life we have the opportunity to move forward with heart at the vibration of love.
Choose that,
Choose your most beautiful sovereign life,
Choose expansion over restriction.
When we feel into what our bodies and the energy in our bodies are saying,
We then have the opportunity to explore what's going on.
We get to listen to our inner wisdom,
We see what needs to be heard without judgement,
We get to nurture the parts of us that need nurturing.
After listening to our inner wisdom we have the opportunity to choose,
To align to our divine intention or continue to repeat patterns that are known.
With practice we learn the way home into presence through our heart.
Once we know the way we will keep coming home again,
Again and again.

Inhaling expansion,
Love and pleasure.
Exhaling restriction,
Overwhelm and disconnection.
Inhaling.

Consider a challenging area of your life,
Perhaps something that has recently happened or is currently on your mind.
Now this suffering experience may have been felt in the last hour or even now.
Without judgement,
Observe what's going on.
Feel into the physical signals,
Is there a tightness or a heaviness in the body?
Now this suffering has a message.
On the in breath,
Feel into whatever is going on.
And on the out breath,
Allow it to be part of a larger collective.
Inhaling,
Feeling into whatever is going on.
Exhaling,
Allowing it to be part of something larger.
Continue to feel into what's going on.
Are there any messages?
What messages are coming up?
What does this suffering want you to know?
Exhaling and allowing the grip it has on your physical body to be loosened with every out breath.
Allowing the out breath to move into a larger collective like the universe.
You're not suffering alone.
Feeling into what's going on.
And loosening the grip on the physical body.
Allowing any messages to be heard without judgement.
Whatever is coming up is exactly what needs to be heard.
Loosening the grip it has on the physical body with every out breath.
What is the intention for your alignment?
So this suffering has come up but what is the intention to move into?
Is it to learn from what is coming up and make more expansive choices?
Or is it to listen more attentively to what your body is telling you?
Feel into the intention.
What do you want to move into and move away from?
Focus on what you want to move into that is your intention.
And now contemplate a past grievance or an event that's happened that has mentally stayed with you in your mind.
It might have been from years ago or more recently.
Maybe this event severed relationships.
Forgive this past grievance or event.
For when we forgive we are sinking deep into our heart space.
For us forgiving is for us and our evolution.
Accept what has happened without judgement.
There's no right or wrong.
Regardless of the story we've told ourselves allow the story just to melt away.
There's no right or wrong only learning to come out of the past.
What does your wise heart want to tell you?
What messages are coming up?
What messages are coming up as you sink deeper and deeper into your heart space?
The space of unconditional love.
The vibration of love.
Allow the grip this event has on your body just to melt away.
Completely dissolve.
Nourish yourself by sending love to the parts of you that feel this grievance or event the most and send love to any other parties that were involved.
Continue on the in-breath to fill in to what needs to be felt and on the out-breath.
Releasing and melting what is no longer expansive.
What's in the past is in the past.
Let's sever the connection anything in the past is dead.
Energetically imagine any strings that are attached to your body are being severed behind you.
Like with big scissors severing from the back of you.
Cutting every last string from in front of you.
From both your sides underneath and on top.
And just nourishing yourself with love,
Acceptance.
Consider the collective conscious just like you that is going through vast amounts of suffering.
Choose someone close to you or a larger body of people perhaps an individual in a particular part of the world or a group of people.
Feel into their suffering.
On the in-breath feel into whatever is going on be with them.
Let them know you're here for them and on the out-breath sending them love.
Allowing it to be part of a larger collective.
No longer shall you ignore your inner not knowing.
Continue breathing in being with them letting them know that you're here for them and on the out-breath.
Sending them love allowing it to be part of something larger.
And through this we connect even more deeply with our heart space.
No longer ignoring our inner heart knowing.
The knowing that says I should have connected,
I should have hugged,
I should have loved,
Or I should have checked in on that person or myself.
Loosen the walls around your heart.
These walls keep you trapped and bound.
Connect in a way that feels expansive and pleasurable within this human existence.
The connection we have with ourselves is as important if not more than the connection we have with others.
The connection with ourselves is our foundation.
