The Rapid 3-Part Breath is an active breathwork technique that guides your breath through the belly, chest, and head before a powerful exhale. This active rhythmic breath quickly clears mental fog, boosts energy, and sharpens focus while helping the body release tension. It’s a simple yet potent practice to activate vitality and reset your nervous system. Use it as a morning energizer or a mid-day recharge to feel awake, centered, and empowered.

Hello,

Fellow breathers,

And welcome to another instructional breathwork audio brought to you by Transcend Healing and Breathwork.

My name is Dean Gramp,

And I will be your guide and facilitator for this instructional audio.

Today,

I will be guiding you through a variation of a Sufi breath technique.

If you're feeling groggy or tired but still have work to do,

You may want to try this energizing Sufi breathwork technique.

The Sufis,

Muslim mystics,

Are known for their practices that combine breath with thought,

Prayer,

Movement,

And sound.

The variation of this breath will be taking three short,

Rapid,

Quick inhales through your nose,

Separating your belly,

Mid-chest,

High up into your clavicles.

So on your inhale,

We will take three quick,

Short,

Powerful inhales through your nose,

Filling your chest with air.

On your exhale,

We will blow the breath out through pursed lips as if you were gently blowing out a candle.

We will repeat and continue this pattern of rapid inhales and slow,

Controlled exhales for about two minutes.

This practice will leave you feeling refreshed,

Energized,

And ready to tackle your tasks.

When you are ready,

Find a comfortable seated position,

Sitting up straight.

First,

Take a deep,

Cleansing breath in through your nose,

Keep going,

Just a few more breaths,

On this last breath,

We are going to let it all out,

Let it all go,

Return to a few rounds of deep,

Cleansing breaths.

Once again,

Thank you for taking the time to breathe with me.

I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.

Love and light to you all.
