Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.
My name is Vivian Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for Light Protocol 06 for headaches.
The Light Medicine Cabinet of Meditations were first recorded in April of 2020 as the world shut down for a global pandemic and we refocused on health as a humanity.
They were re-recorded in June of 2025 with the live community attuning to the new collective frequency on our planet.
These visualizations are intended to support whatever current practices you already have for your own well-being,
Offering a bridge for how to consciously bring light as energy medicine into the human form.

Let us begin.
Light Protocol 06 for headaches.
Let's go ahead and close our eyes and allow all of your attention to slowly start to make its way into your body.
This protocol for headaches is very much connected to how fast the pace of life is for us on our planet right now and how dispersed our energy is and how challenging it is for our mind to manage all of that.
And so the invitation right as we begin is to not multitask while you drop into this meditation with me.
To allow yourself a safe,
Quiet space where you can actually close your eyes,
Put everything down,
And really allow all of your energy,
All of your attention to come into your body.
It may feel heavy,
Intense.
You may have resistance in your body.
When we get used to the fast activity level,
It activates all these hormones inside of us,
These adrenaline rushes that fuel and create cravings for more of that.
And so sometimes our body resists becoming slow because it's not used to the feeling of slow.
So allow your body to slowly relax and call all of your attention into you.
When we meditate in a community space,
What happens is it amplifies your own individual experience.
Because many of us are focusing at the same time on the same process or the same intention,
It adds extra energy to what you're experiencing.
Not for you to take anyone else's gunk or stuff,
But it just adds more power to the community experience.
As you tap into that,
Bring your power into you.
Let the community space strengthen your ability to do it.
Because many of us are choosing to pause at the same time,
It creates an easier pathway into our own individual experience.
So relax your muscles and allow your energy,
Your attention to come down and into your human body.
If it feels like a lot is coming in at once,
Just guide that energy down through your body all the way to your feet.
It's like you can fill yourself up with you.
And if this is a new experience,
Then you simply focus on relaxing your muscles and feeling what is happening with the flow of the energy.
Your mind that is used to multitasking can have one mantra,
One thought.
Relax the body.
Relax the body.
And as your mind has other thoughts,
You just bring it gently back to that mantra,
Relax the body.
And you invite more of you to come into you all the way down and through your body to your feet.
If you feel it coming in waves,
You can slow down the waves if it's too fast.
You can direct where the waves are going,
Which is down through the body to the feet,
Relaxing the body.
And notice how your mind starts to come into alignment with the thought.
Perhaps your mind is even noticing some energy or emotions or experiences that you're having.
And you can allow your mind to focus in the body because all of the attention of the mind is coming inward.
It's not scanning anywhere outside of you.
It's focusing inside you.
And there's a lot that happens inside of us.
So you allow your mind to start looking inside,
Putting all of that power that putting all of that power into you.
And you just notice what happens inside.
You can relax your muscles again.
It might feel like you're floating or time is bending.
So you bring your attention through your body down to your feet.
And you start to ground your energy into your body,
All the way down into you,
Through to your feet.
Relaxing the muscles again.
And you use your breath to slow down the pace,
To relax,
To come to ease within yourself.
For our minds,
It's helpful to understand the emotions or energies that are attached to some of the physical experiences that we have.
Headaches are often caused by confusion,
Overwhelm.
There's a natural flow or current of energy that wants to move through us.
And when we're not paying attention or we're not in our body,
The natural flow can get disrupted.
Or the current can be blocked or stopped at different places in our body because it's not in its natural way of moving through.
And so the first awareness to have about headaches is that they are bringing us into awareness.
There's a way that the headache wants us to pause,
To slow down,
To pay attention to what is happening in our physical experience.
The brain is the central processing unit.
It's the hub of the computer that is our physical body.
And when we are in our easy flow of life with mind,
Body,
Soul,
Heart,
Harmonized and communicating,
No stress,
There's an easy flow of communication moving from the brain around the body.
When we start to get overwhelmed,
The brain is trying to manage too many messages all at once.
And we're trying to push through to make it all work.
So as you bring your attention into your body,
Imagine that central processing unit,
The brain in the center of your head,
Can take on a color,
A light.
For me,
The color is purple.
It's the color I see in our third eye chakra,
Which is where the brain is held.
The third eye goes from the top of the bridge of your nose all the way up to right at the top of your head,
Where your crown begins,
Above your ears.
And so it's a big part of your central processing unit.
Imagine as you are here in this internal reflective space,
You can activate within yourself your own third eye chakra,
This purple shade,
Whatever color purple feels true to you.
You can start to turn on the light that's already there.
It doesn't need to come from outside of you.
It's your third eye chakra,
Your internal intuitive ability to see,
To perceive.
You can see it as a spotlight.
You can see it as a light bulb that's purple.
With your feet firmly planted,
You start to turn on the light inside of you.
And imagine that third eye purple light can start scanning your body to try to discern where is the core of the overwhelm coming from,
Or where is the block in the communication flow the most dense,
The most tight.
And it's not from a place of judgment,
It's curiosity.
The third eye and its power is always curious,
Wondering,
Exploring,
Open to new ideas,
Ahas that it may not have had before.
So as you scan your body,
You can start to just see where,
Where is there a big tangle in the energy flow?
It might be in your throat.
So you notice that there's a jumble of wires or a clump,
A lump of energy that isn't moving.
It's not necessarily to have to fix anything in this moment.
It's to bring your awareness to where the blocks are.
It might be in your heart.
You might find as you scan your arms that your hands feel tired or busy.
When we start to use our third eye to scan inside of our body,
It can bring us messages.
It can give us information.
And in that choice to pay attention to what's happening inside of our bodies,
We're starting to create more harmony within.
We're starting to listen to that flow of communication.
And then the brain,
The mind can start to unravel or prioritize which blocks need to be sorted through first.
How this connects to headaches is that our body is constantly giving us clues.
It's showing us where the flow isn't working at its optimal level.
And yet we're pushing through,
Overriding,
Ignoring what is happening in the body.
When we use our third eye in this way,
We activate this purple light and we pay attention to what's happening inside of our bodies.
We start to scan more often.
We start to feel when things aren't flowing.
Sooner or before it becomes a big,
Big tangle.
And in that harmony,
The energy is able to flow more easily.
And so we can shift the way that things are moving in our bodies before it becomes a block.
Now our mind,
Our body are in harmony and the soul can start to move through and guide us more.
Which ultimately is the main function,
I believe,
Of the brain is to be communicating with the larger soul,
The bigger construct of the mind.
The infinite within us.
So when you activate that purple light in the center of your forehead and it starts to shine more brightly,
It's a brilliant purple color that is pulsing frequency.
It sends a signal out into the universe.
You can imagine it like a telephone game.
There's a call that is sent from your third eye all the way out into the universe.
And so with your eyes closed,
You can scan where in the universe would this light synchronize up.
It's with your soul,
Your consciousness.
So you can imagine the purple light in the core of your third eye can ping from the white light,
The brilliant light that is your soul somewhere in the universe.
And there's a moment where they just connect.
Because there's always a connection between the human you and the infinite that is the soul in the galaxy,
The universe,
The parallel energy that is right outside of Gaia.
You'll feel it in your body.
There's a,
For me,
It's joy.
There's a peacefulness.
There's a knowing that,
Of course,
You're always connected to your soul,
To your infinite consciousness here inside of your human body.
And whatever aspect of you exists in the ethereal,
When the two come into synchronization,
Allow them to just ping.
I believe they're always connected.
There's a message or a flow of energy,
A reminder,
A remembering that the infinite soul sends into the human you here in this moment.
When we are busy,
Running very quickly,
Overwhelmed,
That natural flow that wants to come from our soul here into the human,
It's like we resist or push it to the side slightly because there's so much happening here.
And so when you remember this potential connection in any moment and you synchronize the two,
It often will reprioritize what you are doing in the moment.
And our human is often very attached to managing,
Controlling what we are doing in the moment.
So you breathe,
You relax the muscles of your body,
And you allow your infinite soul to tap,
Tap,
Tap,
To hug,
To smile,
To perhaps just pat your human on the top of your head and say,
Good job.
You're doing great.
Look at all that you're managing and navigating.
Well done.
Keep going.
Sometimes that's the message.
So allow your human to synchronize and receive whatever wants to come through in this moment.
And you stay in your body.
You feel your feet firmly planted.
You allow whatever amount of flow wants to come in from that infinite soul into your third eye.
And then you allow that rejuvenation or that remembering.
I like to see it as a powering up.
You allow that powering to come in through your crown or your third eye,
And it comes slowly down through your chakras.
And you can just rinse your body for a moment with that infinite consciousness that is you.
Nobody else.
It's your unique soul connecting with your unique human.
And your light comes down through your third eye into your third eye.
Your throat chakra just rinsing through,
Powering up,
Running down through your throat chakra into your heart,
Soothing any aspect of you that just needs to know you're doing a good job.
Running that light down into your third chakra so you relax the muscles of your body and just receive as much as you're interested in or able to in this moment.
It might just be a little drip,
Drip,
Drip,
Or it might be a whole shower that's washing through your system,
Your soul to you.
Comes into your third chakra and then down through to your second chakra and down into your root.
Running all the way down through your legs,
Just purple light,
White light from the universe to you.
All the way down through your legs to your feet and then running down.
If you imagine you have roots at the bottoms of your feet,
Running down into the core of the planet,
Just rinsing extra energy down into Gaia.
And then you imagine Gaia receives anything that's ready to be released,
Transmutes it,
And then she sends the signal back up from the core of the planet to your feet.
And you get to choose if you want to receive that purified energy.
It can just be white light that comes in through your feet and then it comes back up your legs and it's just going to rinse through your chakras the other direction.
So we're going to go from the root gently into your second,
Just rinsing and clearing anything that needs to be released and untangled.
From your root to your second,
Into your third,
Relaxing your body up into your heart.
You might notice your heart is like so peaceful,
So overflowing up into your throat chakra,
Rinsing and clearing any tangles into your third eye chakra.
Activating that purple light,
That crystal inside the core of your head,
Up to your crown and then just overflowing through the top of your crown and around you.
So you relax your body.
And then the message from the infinite soul outside of Gaia is that this connection is always here.
And the headache is bringing your attention,
Your reminder back to this connection.
So that when the human realm becomes too much,
Too dense,
You tap back into the infinite.
And suddenly things become simpler,
Your priorities become more clear,
Your body and your mind are listening and in harmony,
And then the soul can guide this human experience more powerfully.
Relaxing your muscles,
You feel your feet firmly on the floor,
And we're going to slowly come back into awareness,
So take your time with this.
And this one in particular,
It's not about rushing from the protocol back into this moment,
Back into the fast pace of life.
It's a gentle integration of remembering your infinite being here in this human moment.
So it's a slow coming back into full presence.
What I often do is just open my eyes slowly and look at one thing in front of me.
So I'm holding a crystal in my left hand,
And I slowly just wiggle my fingers around the crystal,
And I start to tap my feet and allow myself to gently take in more information around me.
And as I do that,
I can take in more information around the room.
So you might open your eyes and start to bring together what is true and real inside of you from your meditation experience with what is physically manifesting in your external environment.
Both are true,
And they overlap and weave.
So the more calm and harmonious we are inside of our meditation time,
The more that overflows into our physical human experience.
I encourage you to drink a big glass of water,
To take your time moving back into your day,
Perhaps journal for a little while,
And then come back into that connection with your infinite as often as you need.
