Being Open to Your Emotions,

A guided mindfulness meditation from Wellness Wonderland Collective.

Close your eyes and breathe.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale slowly out of your mouth.

Imagine feeling a beautiful light pouring down through the crown of the head.

Imagine feeling the loving light moving down through your head,

Neck,

Shoulders,

And arms.

This light moving through your torso,

Down your spine,

And into your legs and feet.

Breathe.

Breathe in love and peace and harmony.

Exhale.

Exhale tension and tightness and stagnation.

As you continue to breathe,

Turn your attention to any tense places within the body.

Where are they?

Rather than avoiding these areas,

Lean into them instead.

Imagine now you can go into tense places.

As you do,

Notice if there are any emotions coming up.

Notice if there are any emotions coming up.

If so,

What are they?

Notice the first thoughts that come to your mind.

As you notice any emotions or stress,

Go ahead and send love and light and acceptance to these spaces.

Allow that love to open your energy and release tension and unwanted emotion.

Continue breathing.

Breathing in love and joy and peace and happiness and exhaling any residual tension,

Tension,

Stagnation,

Or tightness.

Take your time to move through any areas of tension.

Sending love and releasing any unwanted emotion.

Imagine you can easily fill your entire body with love and light.

Inhaling that beautiful light,

Pouring in so much love and peace and bliss.

And with every exhalation,

Just inviting more relaxation,

Inviting more relaxation,

Easing that tension,

Easing that tightness,

Allowing it to ebb and flow.

Continue working for as long as you are guided.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling lighter,

Brighter,

And better than you did before.

I hope you have a beautiful,

Beautiful day.

If you ever find yourself feeling something less than positive,

If you ever find yourself feeling something less than positive,

Just take some time and write about the circumstance that has caused you to feel this way.

You may benefit from engaging in physical movement to help release stuck emotions and energy from the body.

Journal prompts.

Grab your journal and we'll go on this journey together.

Journal prompt one.

How do you feel in this moment right now?

Journal prompt two.

Thank you so much for practicing with me today.

Until next time,

Stay curious,
