Start by bringing your attention to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing without trying to change it.
Feel the cool air as you inhale and the warm air as you exhale.
You may notice the sensation of breathing in your belly,
In your lungs,
Or even the space between your nose and your lips.
Find what allows you to be the most mindful of each breath and allow each breath to bring you a sense of calm and relaxation.

Gently shift your focus to your body.
Starting from the top of your head,
Slowly scan down through your body,
Releasing any tension that you might be holding on to.
Relax your forehead,

Your neck,
And your shoulders.
Let go of any tightness in your chest,

Your legs,
And finally your feet.
Feel your body becoming lighter and more at ease with each breath.
With each inhale,

Visualize a bright,
