Abigail is a Mindfulness & Creativity Guide, blending mindfulness, movement & creativity. Formerly a professional photographer and video creator, she's evolving into an Illustrator, Mindful Art Facilitator and yoga teacher. After some significant life changes and many recent years of introspection Abigail now finds and shares the joy of personal growth and mindfulness through drawing, doodling, yoga and introspective practices. In this current chapter of life, she embraces the mindset of a lifelong beginner, adopting the identity of 'Never-ending Novice'. She sets the example of never being too old to learn and embracing the adage of "Make it exist, then make it better." Through weekly live Zen Doodle sessions and other reflective and creative content, she invites others to explore with her—welcoming curiosity, imperfection, and playful discovery.
