For this very simple breath work which in Sanskrit is called pranayam,
We will continuously inhale and fill our lungs and exhale through mouth.
So inhalation will be through nose and exhalation will be through mouth.
You have to fill your lungs fully with inhalation and exhale quickly through your mouth.
We will do 48 cycles of inhalation and exhalation without taking any break or giving any gap in a circular way.
So after inhalation you don't have to wait,
You have to immediately exhale and as soon as you have exhaled fully to inhale without holding the breath.
So it would be kind of a circular movement of inhalation and exhalation and we'll do it 48 times.
After that you just have to take one more inhalation,
Fill your lungs fully and then hold your breath for as long as comfortable for you.
No need to stretch it.
For some time you might not feel the need to breathe because you would have enough oxygen in your system and at that moment you have to pause and it will open up a gap between the two thoughts and that will be an opportunity to stay in a state where thinking is not needed.
Your mind can relax,
A state of pause.
So let's start.
Now inhale fully,
Fill your lungs with fresh oxygen and hold your inhalation,
Hold your breath for as long as comfortable for you.
Stay in this pause,
Let the body relax,
Let the sense of being conscious relax.
Do not take interest in the next thought,
Pause here and relax,
Pause here and relax.
Pause here and relax,
Pause here and relax,
Pause here and relax,
Pause here and relax,
Pause here and relax,
Pause here and relax,
