Hi friends!

I'm Asa.

Before we take off on our magical pet adventure,

Let's get cozy and comfortable.

You can sit up or lie down.

Whatever feels best.

Close your eyes and take a big deep breath in and then slowly let it out.

Imagine you're holding a beautiful soft flower in your hands.

It could be a real flower like a rose or a lily or maybe it's a flower that only exists in your imagination.

Take a deep breath in,

Smelling its sweet scent and then blow out softly as if you're helping its petals dance in the breeze.

Take one more big breath in,

Imagining the amazing smell of this flower and then slowly blow out through your mouth,

Gently moving the flower in your mind as you breathe out.

Imagine you're in a magical garden.

This garden is full of colorful flowers,

Sparkling streams,

And super soft grass that tickles your toes.

As you walk through this garden,

You notice a little path made just for you.

This path leads you to a cozy pet house where all kinds of friendly and loving animals live.

Puppies,

Kittens,

Bunnies,

And even a talking parrot.

When you open the door to the pet house,

One of the animals comes right up to you.

It's your very own magical pet.

This pet can look however you'd like.

Maybe it's a puppy with rainbow fur or a kitten with glittery whiskers.

Have fun imagining what your magical pet looks like.

Your pet is so happy to see you.

It wags its tail or purrs with joy and you can really feel how much it loves you.

When you reach out to pet it,

You notice its fur or feathers feel soft and warm,

Kind of like a cozy blanket.

Your magical pet also has a special power.

It can help you feel calm and happy.

Your magical pet leads you to a soft,

Sunny spot out in the garden and together you sit or lie down quietly.

As you breathe in,

Imagine you're filling up with your pet's love and kindness.

And as you breathe out,

You send some love to your magical pet.

It's almost time to say goodbye to your magical pet.

But don't worry,

They'll always be in your heart,

Ready to join you whenever ever you need some extra love and relaxation.

Your magical pet gives you one last snuggle or happy chirp and you feel so safe and peaceful.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Great job,

My friend.

May the love and happiness from your magical pet adventure stay with you the rest of your day.

Creative and perfectly put together. My 3 year old really enjoyed blowing her flower around. Thank you for making this children’s meditation and sharing your gift💝
