Alessia is a yoga and meditation teacher and mental health professional. She's been practising yoga since 2015 and completed a 500hours yoga teacher training in 2019. Alessia is currently an Assistant Psychologist helping people in a mental health crisis. Her meditations incorporate her passion for Eastern practices, her personal experience and her commitment to promoting mental wellness.
