So you are so welcome to today's meditation and today's meditation is all about connecting in deeply.
You are the coach for every single cell in your body.
Every single cell in your body is seeking your guidance every single day.
So each cell is a living being and we're going to meditate today and connect in deeply and really connecting with our body and speak and communicate with our body.
So let's get ourselves ready for meditation.
This meditation today can be done sitting up or lying down.
Getting yourself comfortable,
Relaxing and closing your eyes for me when you're ready.
And as you close your eyes down,
Turning your attention inwards,
Giving yourself a moment to arrive,
To arrive into your body,
To arrive into the room that you're in today.
And just gently connecting with your breath,
Wherever you feel your breath the most in your body.
It might be at your nose,
In your heart space,
Your abdomen.
Just tune into where you feel your breath and gently go and place your awareness on your breath,
Watching your breath as it enters and leaves your body.
Watching your breath as it rises and falls away,
Consciously connecting with your body now and just silently saying to yourself,
I give you permission to release,
Relax and let go.
I give every cell in my body permission to relax and feel each and every part of your body relaxing from your jaw to your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your back,
Your stomach,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Give your mind permission to rest.
Giving yourself a break from overthinking,
Worrying,
Analyzing,
Problem solving.
Just say thank you to your mind for all the beautiful work it does for you,
But right now just say,
I'm going to give you permission to relax,
To have a breather,
To have a break,
To give your eyes a rest,
To give your mouth a rest from speaking.
And dropping into your heart space for me and breathing in and out now through your heart and giving your heart permission to release,
Relax and open.
And thanking your heart for all the beautiful work it does for you,
For beating,
Pumping blood around your body,
But more than that,
Helping you to connect with yourself on a much deeper level.
Our hearts have a knowing,
A connection deep,
Deep,
Deep with our soul.
Our heart knows our path.
Our heart's connected to the highest aspect of ourself.
And so from this place in space,
We can just express gratitude.
And you can ask your heart today,
What is it you would like me to know?
And just rest and listen.
And the answer can come in the form of words,
A feeling and knowing,
Or just space and silence.
What would you love me to know?
And then moving into your lungs and just expressing gratitude for your lungs,
For the work that your lungs do,
Breathing in and out,
Helping your life force move into every single cell of your body.
I always liken our lungs to our wings,
Our angel wings,
Sitting at the back of our heart.
Our breath helps us soar deep into our spiritual journey.
Just really connecting in with the energy of your lungs as you breathe in and you breathe out.
And just in awe of this miraculous exchange that takes place consciously and unconsciously every moment of our life.
And then moving into our digestive system,
Which is our stomach,
Our large and small intestine,
Our gallbladder,
Our pancreas,
So many different parts coming together to help us digest food.
And we digest food,
How we digest life.
If we're struggling with indigestion,
Look at how you're accepting the experiences that you're having in your life,
Your relationships.
We mirror inside our life outside.
And just communicating with your digestive system now and saying thank you.
Thank you to each and every cell,
The good bacteria,
All the work that your digestive system does to ensure that it breaks down food and that you absorb vital nutrients.
And giving your digestive system an opportunity to relax.
And then we have our liver,
The hardest working organ in the body.
And our liver plays such a pivotal role,
But it also stores a lot of emotions like anger,
Resentment.
And so communicate with your liver now through the power of intention.
First with gratitude.
Thank you so much for all you do.
Thank you so much for all your hard work.
And gently give your liver permission to release and let go.
To take a little breather,
To take a rest.
And assure each part of your body,
Your physical body,
That it is safe.
All is well in this moment.
It is safe for each part of your body to fully relax.
And sometimes as we tune into different parts of our body,
We can feel a vibration,
A tingling sensation in that part of our body.
Our body responds to our thoughts and our words in real time.
And taking time to consciously communicate with our physical body is very powerful.
And then taking time to listen to the messages that your body is sending to you too is equally as powerful.
Like any relationship,
It's a two-way street.
Tuning into your kidneys around your lower back.
Again,
Expressing gratitude as they filtrate toxins.
And just giving your kidneys a moment to rest,
Relax.
And our adrenals are close by here too.
And our adrenals can be very overworked in today's world.
When we're stressed,
We produce adrenaline and these hormones run rampant in our body.
And so even for a moment,
Expressing gratitude to our sacred adrenals,
Thanking them for the work they do,
For keeping us going during times of overwhelm and stress.
Now you're giving them the space and opportunity to rest.
Communicate with your blood,
Your veins,
Your bones,
Every single part of your body that's living.
And just say to yourself,
I give every single cell,
Every part of my body permission to relax.
Permission to be still.
Permission to take a moment.
And then notice what happens inside you.
We express gratitude for legs that help us move and walk,
Feet that help us feel connected and grounded,
Hands where we can communicate,
Shake hands,
Eat,
Write,
Arms where we can hug others and bring them close.
In this miraculous and wonderful body,
We give thanks.
Beautiful and just bringing your awareness now back to your heart space.
And I'm going to invite you to bring your two arms up and give yourself a big hug as you cross your arms over and rock from side to side,
Giving yourself a big hug.
Just showing yourself some love today.
And then when you're ready,
You can let your arms go,
Gently opening your eyes,
Bringing yourself back into the room.
Thank you for meditating.
