Welcome.

Take a gentle deep breath in and out and allow your eyes to close.

And with the eyes closed and relaxed,

And with visual distractions removed,

We can start the journey within.

These words are not magic,

They won't erase the pain.

They can't instantly fix what is hard,

But they can remind you,

You are still growing,

Even here.

Take a moment to settle down a little deeper,

Letting your body find a position that feels safe,

Supported,

Steady.

Take one long,

Honest breath.

Feel it move through you,

Notice where it lands.

Let each of the following phrases wash through you.

You don't need to say them aloud,

Just allow them to be received.

I am doing my best,

Even if it goes unseen.

I have faced hard things,

And yet,

I'm still becoming.

My growth doesn't need to be loud,

It only needs to be mine.

Rest is a part of resilience,

Softness is a form of strength.

I don't need to be perfect to be powerful,

Even when the mind worries,

Even when the body is tired,

Even when the day feels heavy.

My roots are still deepening,

I am still nourishing myself,

Even here.

Imagine yourself now in a quiet space,

A place that feels safe,

Even when things are uncertain.

Inhaling gently,

Exhaling fully.

Let the breath carry these truths inwards.

I am enough as I am,

I am learning in my own time,

I grow even here.

Say them softly in your mind,

Let them echo through the body.

Notice where tension remains,

Where the body resists.

Let the breath move there,

As if it's washing through and softening the hardness.

Even if the heart feels heavy,

Even if clarity hasn't arrived,

Even if growth seems invisible,

You are still unfolding.

Inhaling and returning to the breath.

Each inhalation reminds you presence,

Each exhalation reminds you space.

I am here,

I am growing,

Even here.

Visualise your roots beneath the surface,

Strong,

Hidden,

Unseen,

Growing quietly,

Anchoring you.

Let the phrases move through your body again,

Not as instructions,

Not as goals,

But as gentle reminders.

I am doing my best,

I face what comes,

I grow even here.

Allow the truths to settle where they're needed most,

In the chest,

The belly,

The mind,

No rushing,

No striving,

Just becoming.

And letting the breath continue its natural rhythm,

Rest in this quiet power,

This resilience that doesn't demand perfection,

But simply presence.

And when you're ready,

Bring gentle awareness back to the room,

The sounds around you,

The surface supporting you.

Have a gentle,

Deep stretch,

Have a gentle and deeper awakening breath in and out.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

And knowing that even in the small,

Quiet moments,

You are still growing.
