Welcome to Mind Gym Meditation based on mantra chanting.

This mantra from Isha Vasya Upanishad is a profound shanti mantra shedding its light on non-dual nature of consciousness.

After the chanting,

Its meaning is explained.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om Purnamidam Purnamidam Purnamudachyate Purnasya Purnamadaya Purnamivavasishyate Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om Purnamidam Purnamidam Purnamudachyate Purnasya Purnamadaya Purnamivavasishyate Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om The divine sound of creation that outer world is purna,

Full with divine consciousness.

This inner world is also purna,

Full with divine consciousness.

From purna is manifested purna.

From the fullness of divine consciousness the world is manifested.

Taking purna from purna,

Purna indeed remains because divine consciousness is non-dual and infinite.

Peace,
