Meditation Timer OnlineAshley is a Yoga Teacher, Sleep Educator, and Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, originally from Canada and now based in London since 2015. Her work focuses on helping people reclaim their energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and restore balance when sleep and wellbeing feel out of sync. With over 13 years of teaching experience in yoga and meditation, Ashley specialises in supporting those navigating burnout, anxiety, and fatigue, guiding them toward calmer minds and deeper rest. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics & Cancer and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, allowing her to blend modern science with ancient wisdom. This unique approach weaves together yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and sleep education - supported by personalised lifestyle and nutrition strategies - for a well-rounded, whole-health perspective. Having overcome her own struggles with poor sleep, stress, and exhaustion, Ashley understands how overwhelming it can feel. This lived experience fuels her passion for offering practical, realistic tools that fit into daily life, helping clients reset their nervous system, restore their sleep, and feel like themselves again. You can practice with Ashley through her online offerings, or join her both in person and online for workshops, events, and retreats throughout the year.
